   My server Jocelyn was extremely great! Attentive, friendly & seemed to genuinely interested in me having a great meal. Very rare in the world of service these days regardless of the industry. Black Angus needs a remodel though….the atmosphere is tired. Dingy feeling. I go there because the food is consistent, good & well priced.

   We went to Black Angus to celebrate my son's 20th birthday. The ambiance is amazing, and the seating was great for a table of 7. I had ordered the birthday package, so balloons and a card were at the table when we arrived. The food is always good and cooked to order. My biggest complaint about our experience was the service. I want to be clear that I don't blame our server. She was friendly and did her best to take care of us, but it appeared that the restaurant didn't have enough people working, so it took a really long time to get drinks and food. Other employees finally came over to refill drinks, but our birthday boy had ordered a lemonade which never got refilled. And we sat at the table for quite some time with dirty dishes while we waited for desserts to arrive. We ended up being at the restaurant for a total of two hours, which was fine for conversation purposes, but sitting around waiting for food was not ideal. Let me also inform you that our reservation was at 2:00 p.m., and the restaurant was not busy.

   We celebrated my husband’s birthday. Our server was very attentive and our meals were delicious. From the appetizers to the desert. The steaks were cooked to each individuals liking. The lobsters were juicy sweet. Black Angus is my husbands spot since the 90’s

   This location usually rates better, but waiting 50 minutes for food and receiving a prime rib medium-well when requested medium-rare were disappointing.

   I tell ya my first time being there and it didn't disappoint the food was excellent the service was excellent and the environment was excellent most definitely gonna go in the future

   Decided to eat steak meal for my birthday, my wife asked where and i really wanted to give Black Angus a go since it's been awhile since we've been there. Didn't want the noisy atmosphere of Texas RH, nor Longhorn or pay up the butt at Ruth's. The Good: food was awesome, everything came out at a perfect time. Nice and quiet atmosphere. The bad: We originally went online and requested a table for 9. We had an extra person show up, my wife called and asked if they could accommodate one more seat. The lady answered gave a big sigh, got a big rude and responded by saying " I don't know we"ll see, just come and see what we can do" my wife started to say thank you when she heard the phone hang up, no thank you no bye just a click. We got to the resturant and our table two separate tables but next to each other, kinda of a bummer considering the place was practically empty with one other big party in the bar area. The waitress: respectfully nice, but just not really a good vibe from her as well, not really super friendly considering she's been working there for over 10 years. I'd go again hoping i don't add an extra person and maybe a friendlier waitress.

   For the price i would suggest you skip this Resturant and seek out better options. The beef ribeye was of obvious lower grade, tough, and tasteless. The salad lettuce is withered and soggy with no crisp. The complimentary bread was hard and crunchy and could have easily substituted as croutons. The servers and staff were friendly and welcoming.

   We had such an amazing experience! Our Main server I didn’t catch her name And her helper were so very helpful! They served us well and kept our table so clean ..awesome food awesome place

    Madison was an amazing server! I could not have asked for better, more friendly, accurate service. Food was fresh and well made. We ordered the dinner for 2 with NY Strip.
