First time visiting London so I wanted to experience Afternoon Tea. I joined a few groups and saw the Lanesborough recommended by multiple people. I’m so glad I went there! Afternoon Tea was lovely and delicious. Staff was excellent and very attentive. The Lanesborough itself is incredibly beautiful and I found myself sitting back and just taking everything in. Amazing time!

Had the best time for my first afternoon tea experience. Everything was wonderful, the pastries were divine, service was great, and Mohammed really took care of us! Amazing experience 10/10

The experience, ambiance and the service was amazing! I really enjoyed engaging with the staff. The food was ok, but think it was VERY overpriced for the Bridgeton tea experience at $105. While it was nice to get unlimited sandwiches, the sweets were just ok. Nothing to share with a friend as a must try. I think the cost was truly for the high-end experience.

Sandwiches were a bit standard without any interesting ingredients like other comparable price points for afternoon tea in London. The cakes were quite nice though. I was a bit disappointed with the abbreviated tea menu though the few we did have were of good quality and taste. For the price point that you pay for this afternoon tea I would expect fine bone china, not plain porcelain, and a better standard of service. We were only offered to revisit any sandwiches after we were completely done with everything, and the waiters seemed rushed when they did stop by even though it was quite a slow day. I’ll likely stick with other afternoon teas in London.

The overall experience would be 5 stars all round except for one thing - please never put truffle in the egg mayo sandwiches ever again. It completely overpowered everything and, if I can be indelicate for a moment - repeated on us all every five minutes or so. Other than that, an amazing experience, as always.
