   Had been to 315 many times having wonderful experiences, last night was not. First the table we were seated at was in the sun with a large dog on top of our table. We moved inside. Ordered duck What a disappointment very very little duck floating in gravy Service was slow We were leaving the restaurant to voice our experience but no manager around. Unfortunately not a do ovet

   Love this place. Been here many times and always take out of town people there. GREAT blue cheese olives btw.

   We always try to reserve a high top bar table for the best Bistro experiene. We always order a dozen oysters; they are fabulous and come with all the right sauces. French onion soup and Caesar salad are favorite appetizers. Oh, and always the wine, yes! We switch around entrees. Staff is always very professional and kind. Everyone around us seems to be having the same wonderful that we are having. Thank you 315.

   It as our first time at 315, we recently relocated to Santa Fe from San Francisco....we went on a friends recommendation....and LOVED it!!! Our server Kira was a delight....she was great with suggestions and did not steer us wrong....we will be back soon....loved the cozy fun "local" atmosphere....felt a true sense of community and warmth....see you again soon......

   This was our second time dining at 315 but the first time eating inside (we previously did happy hour on the patio). Chef Louis and Amanda greeted us at the door and we probably chatted in the entryway for 5 minutes - it was great and very welcoming. We were early for our dinner reservation and hoped to have a drink at the bar... which we did (great cocktails) and had a half dozen fresh oysters - they were amazing. Could have had a couple dozen oysters and just called it a night. Dinner was great, Kira took great care of my wife and I - on her birthday (complementary dessert - thanks!). We're hooked and will be back again... often.

   I ordered the fisherman’s stew and it was not very hot…also, my friend is gf and 315 wasn’t as gf-friendly as purported. For example, the web site lists many gf items but we ordered a cheese plate and they had no gf crackers. Gf doesn’t mean just leaving items out without replacement…it was just an okay experience. We can do much better in Santa Fe for the same price.

   While my wife enjoyed her salmon dish, I was disappointed with the steak Frits. I ordered a classic Cesar salad which was just a bunch of romaine lettuce leaves drenched in a salad dressing and 2 croutons - but no anchovies, no garlic, no Parmesan cheese. Steak was cooked to right doneness but was tough with no flavor. The herb butter was terrible heavy on the tarragon and did not go with the meat. The Frits were so-so. We were seated in a small room which was ok. Since my wife enjoyed her experience hence a 3 rating rather than lower. Wasn’t the fine dining experience I was expecting and a poor value for the money.

    Now I think it’s our most favorite restaurant in Santa Fe was absolutely delicious. Bar service was great. It couldn’t have been better.
