315 Restaurant & Wine Bar
French food is much more than the classic dishes we all have learned to know and love. It is a philosophy within its composition and a discipline in its technique. Using carefully selected ingredients, we look for ways to enhance a dish rather than overwhelm it. This is where the dance begins between the food and the wine.
If you cannot find the table you want at your preferred time, please give us a call at (505) 986-9190. Sometimes we have tables available that do not appear on Open Table. Thank you!
We had a great evening at 315 Restaurant. The raw oysters that were on special were fresh and not fishy at all. The wine selection was excellent with many French wines to choose from at reasonable prices. My wife's grilled branzino was excellent and the deserts were super. Our waitress was superb!!
Second Time's a Charm......after having a bad experience not getting service last month, a group of us gave 315 a try this month and we're glad we did. The food was outstanding (halibut, mussels, squash blossoms, and burrata) and the service was very attentive. The wine recommendation from our server was spot on and reasonable (from a pretty extensive wine list). The restaurant come highly recommended from a friend and it did not disappoint. I guess everyone can have an off-night (referring to last month's visit). We will return.
Excellent food & service
We hadn’t been to this restaurant for many years and it has been remodeled and has much more space, inside and out. We enjoyed the food very much. It was one of those situations where making a decision what to order was difficult. However, the service was unacceptable. It took more than average time for every stage, and our waiter seemed to disappear and did not check back. The worst part was at the end of the meal, we ordered a dessert. It never came, nor could we find anyone to ask where it was. Finally, after accosting several different people, we at least got a check (excluding the dessert which we never received). Even though we thoroughly enjoyed the food, it will be a long time before we try this restaurant again.
This restaurant has become our "go to" place. We are new residents of Santa Fe. Love it!
We love 315. 1/2 price bottle of wine on Tuesday always gets us in. Great food.
Very nice servers. Cozy inside in the winter. Outside patio right downtown for the
summer. We go at least twice a month.
Great evening to dine out wirh our son visiting from houston...patio was wonderful.
We went here to take advantage of the half-priced wine promotion on Tuesdays. We were pleasantly surprised at the high quality of the food and service.
We'll definitely go back - even if we have to pay full price for the wine!
As expected, excellent
We have a supremely wonderful evening, just friends. Waiter was very attentive, menu offers a great bistro style bar menu, and the squash blossoms are always superb. Owner/executive chef Louis Moskow does a brilliant job. My go to restaurant in Santa Fe.
The restaurant's food was the best tasting; the result of a chief's love in his cooking. The cocktail was also superb. The seasonal squash blossom stuffed with goat cheese shows the chief's enthusiasm for a cutting edge type of menu.
An excellent experience in this casual dining spot. The food was creative and very tasty The wine list was extensive, and a highlight!
Wonderful meal with friends before a show at Santa Fe Playhouse. Service was great and food was even better!
Best Restaurant in Santa Fe! Chef Louis is an artist!! Must try. The wine selection is amazing!!
Love the seasonal fare - both on the printed menu and on the specials board. Love the option of having half-priced oysters during happy hour. We started an evening on the patio with a few happy hour oysters and a glass of wine while we relaxed with the menu. Pleasant, not too loud accordian music, and a bit of friendly conversation with nearby tables. Cucumber and grape gazpacho surprised and refreshed on a warm evening. Fresh housemade pasta was delicious. Very good wine recommendations. Impeccable service from the first water pour to bagging the unfinished bottle of wine. Highly recommend.
One of of our favorites in Santa Fe for non-Mexican or New Mexican cuisine. Good service. Brought visiting friends from PDX & had a great time.
We were seated on the patio, which was perfect. Our waiter Byron was friendly and knowledgeable. The dinner was delicious, lamb for me, sea bass for my husband, cooked to perfection. Since it was my birthday, we were treated to fabulous flourless chocolate cake, yum! As a birthday gift I was given two 315 plastic wine glasses. All in all a perfect evening!
Excellent service, friendly and knowledgeable young woman (forget her name...); tall
attractive brunette, as well as good food and excellent entrees. We three enjoyed,
and I have been coming to your restaurant since it opened.
The restaurant itself seems a little stuffy and was not quite what I expected. Was sort of dark inside. We had a very good waiter and the food was very good. Hd the duck two ways and found that there was enough duck to make it a duck dish. The portion was typical French, which one would expect from a French restaurant. Overall we were happy with the meal and the service.
I’ve been coming here for years and I have never been disappointed with any aspect of my experience. Excellent wine selection and great food at a reasonable price. The staff are always friendly which as a longtime local I can attest to the fact that through the years has become rare overall in Santa Fe.
315 Restaurant was a good experience, the hostess and the waiter were very accommodating to my dietary needs in a keto diet. The wine list was extensive... I finally settled for the Pinot Noir and was delightful✨🍷✨🍷✨
Louis serves up great food, particularly the appetizers and wines. And the food this time was mostly up to the usual high standards. But the 4-ounce filet mignon served with the "Surf and Turf" entree this time was awful: tough and gristly almost to the point in inedibility. It was so bad as to be memorable. (The fresh lobster tail was by contrast terrific.) I may try the restaurant again because of my prior experiences, but whoever selects the beef to be served to guests needs to know how much ingredient quality matters. I am happy to emphasize that ingredients are generally up to high standards, and the experience is almost always outstanding.
Love this restaurant but they need more help! Waiters try very hard to keep up but they are over worked with too many tables per server!! Frustrating!
Such a wonderful gem of a place. Very thoughtful creative menu and service was outstanding. Still thinking of the wonderful soft shell crab dish I had! Wish it were always on the menu and not a special!
Great nite. Great service. Excellent food. One of our favorites for sure. Great wine. Dinner and wine specials. Great, quiet music.
We went Saturday night and waited at our table for approximately 30 minutes and were not even acknowledged once by the wait staff despite 4 or 5 servers walking past the table. It took over 20 minutes before a busboy provided water and utensils! We left at the 30 minute mark and remarked to the Hostess that we were leaving and the reason and she could't have cared less - told us "thanks for coming, have a nice evening!" We've live in Santa Fe part-time for 15+ years and never had such an experience - the restaurant wasn't even full. Will never go back.
Holiday evening. Service very slow, VERY noisy because of the crowd. Food acceptable but not as good as at our last visit a month or so before. We had to ask for bread because none had been delivered to our table and It was delivered when we'd all but finished our main course.
Rack of lamb was excellent. Allen was am excellent server and very well versed on the menu
We came here to try the oysters which were ok. Service was terrible. I do not recommend thus restaurant, there are so many great restaurants in Santa Fe for that price with outstanding service and nice cosy atmosphere.
Great food and staff
Excellent food and service. Will definitely come again.
Food was very good but not exceptional. Best bets: lamb, fettuccine with greens, and the to-die-for chilled fennel and leek soup....sublime!
We just happened to show up on a nonprofit event and the energy was wildly fun. This please never disappoints!
Owner Louis Moskow hosted a brilliant prix fixe dinner, benefiting Española Humane; the menu creative and well-done, signature drinks fun and the crowd was festive. A great restaurant.
They participated in a Fund raising event. Good, creative food!
Creative, delicious and artfully presented dishes. The asparagus flan with fiddleheads was an amazing and unique dish. Casual atmosphere with knowledgeable and helpful staff.
Was too loud at first but then when the bar cleared out it was better-and we were seated in a separate room from bar!
Food was excellent-had French onion soup and halibut. Desserts were divine!
Always solid comfort food. If you're looking for a break from chile, this is a great place to try.
When we arrived at the restaurant, we were met by the chef/owner Louis Moskow. After spending some time chatting with us and finding out our taste in wine, he recommended one that was great. The food was terrific and the oysters offered at at 1/2 price during happy hour were very tasty. The staff was very attentive and friendly.
Our food was terrific. The oysters were very fresh and my shrimp dish was delicious. The ambience is lovely. My only quibble was that not all drinks are included in happy hour which is of course OK but the wait person did not mention it....i.e. the Chardonnay was not included but the other whites were. ASK! We would totally recommend.
