This is one of my favorite restaurants in Santa Fe. It continues to be. We started with raw oysters, which were excellent. It’s hard to find a place in the southwest that serves fresh raw oysters, but this place has consistently. The duck is always a winner here, for 25 years in fact, but I had their soft shell crab special this night. They were so good. Profiteroles for desert were great. Wine selection is also good as was my old fashioned. Our server was fantastic too. I can’t say enough about this place. Thank you for another great dinner.

The service and the food were excellent. We had a nice table on the patio, a great spot to enjoy your meal. It's quiet, so you can have an intimate conversation without shouting. I have been to 315 three times. They never disappoint.

Went to eat for a special occasion. Made reservations and added a note about the Birthday so was hoping for some acknowledgement by the waitstaff. None whatsoever, and we were re-seared for a " more important" guest within 5 minutes of being seated. Appetizers were good, entrees and desserts underwhelming. Will not be returning. For a $300 dinner for two, better service is required.

It took a while to receive our drinks but not all were served at the same time. Salads were all great except for one salad was not the correct order and had to be returned for the correct one. Dinner arrived, but one person's meal was not as he had ordered, despite him emphasizing how he wanted it, however, the staff corrected this in no time. The highlight of the evening was dinner. The grouper was fantastic, fresh with morrel mushrooms and fava beans and the side of safron rice was sooo delicious. Overall it was a lovely experience.

As usual, a great meal! The fisherman's stew was delicious, and Mike's service and attentions at the bar were terrific too. Looking forward to our next dinner @ 315.

Everything was right about this restaurant! I am a local in Santa Fe, and the last time I visited them was about five years ago and regret that I haven’t been coming more often! Ordering the mussels is a must! but literally everything that we ate was thoughtfully and beautifully prepared and generous and proportions. The ambience is dark and lovely, especially on a warm summer evening. Cocktails were great and service was perfect. The owner and chef regularly comes out to chat with the tables!

Although Santa Fe has been home since 2007, we had never gone to 316 Restaurant & Wine Bar until last night. Many of my friends have raved about the restaurant but it just slipped off my radar screen until this week. We will definitely be back in the near future. The hostess had honored my request to seat at the bar and we were made to feel very welcome with water and menus immediately. We asked about the Happy Hour wines, and my partner asked for a taste of one of the reds (he thought it was great and he ordered it). Our starter salads were excellent and with our appetizers, oysters and Shrimp/scallop ravioli, we still had a little space for dessert, pear crumble and profiteroles!
