A word from Shula's Steak House - Naples
The theme for Shula's Steak House is a virtual museum of the 1972 Miami Dolphins' 17-0 perfect season, the NFL's only unbeaten team. The décor includes pictures and game balls from the '72 season. The menus are hand painted on NFL footballs then personally hand signed by Coach Shula himself.
The restaurant's reputation has been built on serving the "biggest and the best", which includes Premium Black Angus Beef. The menu features generous portions, including a signature 48-ounce porterhouse steak.

Diner Reviews
  • "The cow's would say "eat more chicken". But alas one comes to Shula's to eat steak. And great steak it is! Served by a friendly, competent staff in an upscale atmosphere. Not cheap but well worth the price! We will be back."

  • "The evening was overshadowed by the terrible service. Waiter (Jamie) asked to review our orders and did not have one of them correct. Brought bottle of wine to the table. We had to call him over to open it. Main course took 90 minutes to arrive. It was obvious that the food sat on the warming station before being served. After manager spoke with server, he stood by our table and stared daggers at us."

  • "We had a nice meal. Salad was big enough to split. Porterhouse steak was fantastic! Prime rib was disappointing. Even after salting, which I never do, it was just fair. Crab Mac n Cheese was excellent."

  • "I had a filet Mignon steak that was very good. I also had a loaded baked potato. I inserted my folk in the potato and removed it from the jacket, I saw something hanging from my fork. I put it on the bread plate and saw that it was a long brown human hair. I called over the floor manager and showed it to him. He definitely wasn't concerned about it and asked if I would like another potato. I told him no. This was very disappointing way for us celebrating our 50th Wedding Anniversary. The staff also open a bottle of red wine. Never asked us if we wanted a red or white wine with our meal. I rarely drink wine, and never drink red wine. I believe that it is very presumptive of the restaurant to decide what beverage we will have."

  • "A steakhouse is a steakhouse in our opinion however Shulas for lunch is #1 in our book. Great diverse menu, friendly wait staff, very relaxing. Going there again today for lunch."

  • "My husband and I dined here, while we were on our honeymoon. The food was amazing and the service was spectacular. They gave us a complimentary dessert to help us celebrate our honeymoon, which made the night even more special."

  • "Always a go to for lunch for me. Consistent and solid. Nice job by our server Krista."

  • "Like the title says, it was just ok for price. Service was fair and food was good, but nothing special."

  • "We picked Shula's to celebrate our anniversary. They always have great food, wine and a pleasant wait staff. It makes a special evening even more special."

  • "We always enjoy Shula's place because it's simply the best. We go there mainly for special occasions like our anniversary etc...."
    Dined on 8/9/2014
  • "Generally speaking, the dinner for this special occasion was disappointing. My wife enjoyed a steak, though it was cooked medium when she ordered medium rare. My prime rib arrived only slightly warm. The waiter responded quickly and took it back to reheat it. After reheating, the meat arrived well done instead of medium. The overall service was excellent. This was our first time at Shula's, and we would not choose it again. For the price, the meal should have been better."

  • "Food was great Service was poor.been there 3 Times in the last month and 2 out of the 3 visits the service was not good."

  • "For dinner we each had Steak Mary Ann, shared a Caesar Salad, and shared the twice baked potato. The Caesar Salad was outstanding with lots of anchovies and good dressing. The presentation of the steaks with their sauces was rather blah. Two drab pieces of filet mignon on each plate. Taste even with the sauce was just OK. They were cooked to order at medium. We would definitely go medium rare next time. The twice baked potato was a disappointment - cold and tasteless. We did make sure the manager was aware of the baked potato. This was our second time at Shula's where the baked potato was cold. Wine selection was good. Bar service prior to dinner was good."

  • "The food is great! The bartender is excellent with a personal touch. Highly recommend you can't go wrong with anything on the menu."

  • "Probably one if the best steaks that I ever had. Service was impeccable along with the ambiance. Shulas made our anniversary dinner amazing! Also our server Gabor was excellent and very courteous."

  • "Friday night, but off season. Food very good (although tomatoes seems to have been in refrigerator....). Waitress did not know how to operate pepper mill (just odd in a steak house) -- Waitress took 17 minutes to pick up credit card to run (actually it was another server who noted how annoyed we were) We advise avoiding restaurant until service issues are addressed. This was a personal meal; professionally (and with a different opentable account) our firm books people here and at other restaurants whilst they are staying in Naples. Mostly groups of physicians. We are advising them to avoid Shula's until service is bettered."

  • "I was a little apprehensive, thought this was one of those restaurants which leaned on the reputation of the name. This is clearly not the case in Naples. It is obvious that everyone is well trained at providing excellent service, they do and it is very apparent. A great experience."

  • "Food was very good but it was also very expensive....."
    Dined on 7/24/2014
  • "Had dinner there the night before and service was not very good. I was there with some clients and was involved in conversation so not a big deal. Bread came after we were finishing our entrées... Food was great! Just expect more when spending 100.00 per plate"

  • "Service was great. I had the 8oz. filet and ordered it medium and came to me medium rare. The wait staff corrected the situation, but the visible manager never came to the table. Food was average at best. The wait staff is trained to say that the meat here is the best money can buy. Nothing could be further from the truth. I have had a better, more flavorful, tender filet at Longhorn! A hostess did call me to ask me about our experience the next day. I told her I was not impressed. The manager did call me and left a message in which I have returned the call and waiting for his response."

  • "First time to Naples' Shula's and it was as great as Miami Lakes, NYC, and Tampa. Food was as good as ever and the service is very customer oriented."

  • "My husband and I came in for dinner to celebrate our 1st wedding anniversary, and we definitely made the right choice. The food was amazing, the service was impeccable, and the management staff came over twice to congratulate us. I would highly reccomend Shula's Naples for any night of the week!"

  • "One expects to get excellent entrees and we were not disappointed. Caesar salad was superb. Baked potato was cold and not appealing. Bar was friendly. A little extra birthday touch with a card and cake was much appreciated."

  • "First we were served mojitos in martini glasses...strange. After ordering, we waited a half hour before asking if our meals were almost ready. We were told they should be out really soon. It was at least another 20 minutes before we were served. The food was ok. My husband's steak was cold. My fish was good not great. When we placed our order, we ordered a molten lava cake that takes a while (thus the reason we ordered it with our initial order). After our plates were cleared, we were told that the server forgot to put the order in. My husband spoke with the manager who was not the least bit sorry and was argumentative with my husband. Our dessert was eventually served....not an apology nor a discount for an awful experience."

  • "We went for our anniversary. First the place was so crowded, never saw it like that but it was probably because of their prime rib special. I didn't like being put in their wine room and the table was under the air vent which was blowing cold air on us. They did change us to a different table but still in the same room. It was like we were forgotten in that room. No refills on water. The waitress did her best but I think she had other tables outside that room too."

  • "This was our first visit to any of the Shula's locations, and it was fantastic. We are football fans, so we enjoyed the theme, but it was not overdone. The interior was very nice, coY. The service was friendly and attentive. The food was outstanding. I don't know when I've had a steak that tender and flavorful. Highly recommend the shellfish trio appetizer, petite filet, chocolate lava cake, and creme brûlée trio. Very expensive, but worth it for a special occasion!"

  • "Great steaks and chops (as usual). Service attentive without being intrusive. Noise level about as good as it gets these days. Wine list is above average."

  • "High sales pressure from wait staff was demeaning to all. Heard all about prime aged meat..this was NOT usda prime..tough, grisly..like a special cheap cut made for the reestarant.I later recalled no marbleing on presentation meats. I should have sent this $45 dollar steak back and left.Wife had roast prime rib..delicious, really. Side were ok. Wait staff as phony a group as I've ever come across. I'm betting Don Shula no longer is attached to this place."

  • "We were a group of 12 that dwindled to 11. we were seated in the wine room due to the size of our party. Our server, unfortunately her name escapes me now, was attentive, cordial and very efficient. Our lunch was wonderful and we will definitely return and recommend to others."

  • "This Shula's restaurant is located inside the Hilton hotel in Naples, and we were surprised to find they serve breakfast and lunch as well as dinner at this location. They have a varied breakfast menu and your standard steakhouse dinner selections, and everything we ordered was delicious. The service staff was extremely friendly and informative. "
