   We had an exceptional dinner. Our waiter was outstanding and the food was both beautifully presented and delicious!! The experience was marred, however, by the constant “beat” music playing loudly through the speakers. The music did nothing to complement the experience. The constant “beat” made conversation difficult and did not do the setting and remarkable cuisine justice.

   I watched an interview with Kimball Musk and was interested to see what the restaurant would be like so I scheduled a long layover in Denver so my husband and I could eat here. Did not disappoint! Food was so fabulous! We ordered the cauliflower and beets for appetizers. Lots of flavors, ate every bite. Branzino was crispy on one side and the meat was light and moist. Very citrusy and flavorful. Cod was a thick cut similar to a filet mignon. It was cooked perfect. So moist, so well paired with chickpeas and some kind of citrus relish. 10/10 recommend.

   Absolutely wonderful experience. The space is light and airy with a downtown vibe. The service is top-notch. The menu has something for everyone. We loved the crab fried rice, Parker House rolls, gem lettuce salad, and especially the shrimp a la planta. It's not so easy anymore to find delicious food without having to sit through a TED talk about the genius of the chef or the origin of every ingredient ~ The Kitchen is unpretentious. Stefan was a great server, not hovering but available when needed. I'll put this place on my regular rotation.

   Everyone on the staff was warm and professional. They took care of us quickly but didn't hurry us, which worked for our schedule needs. The sharing concept worked well. We shared 2 dishes and didn't share 2 others and it all went smoothly. The food was delicious, with creativity as well as good ingredients presented well. We will be back.

   Met out of town family Saturday night and was able to make a last minute reservation for 8 people on line - no problem. You have to put your card up to reserve and very strict notes about holding only for 16 minutes after reservation time. Noise level was too loud to hold casual conversations with everyone at the table - not sure that was energy but an acoustic issue. Server did not cue us up on how things worked - had to ask for direction. No specials shared. A long time before drinks were ordered and delivered as server got another table. Ordered (2) Parker house only one arrived and had to ask for the second it came out at a different doneness then the first. Ordered two crème brulee but only one came to the table. Did not want to identify the deficiency again. Did not see a wine list. Food was excellent. No table touch by a manager. Overall my feedback is constructive and would highly recommend - hence the 5 star rating.

   The location was perfect and food was great. It is heartwarming when management only schedules tables up to the limit of the staff on hand. Well done, the service was out standing.

   I made reservations for Brunch and Bloom for Mother’s Day and took my mother and grandmother there thinking it was going to be a good experience there. I will like to start by saying that the food was amazing and the service by our waiter was great. What I did not expected was that I pre-paid $30 on Opentable to be able to enjoy the experience for them to have a flower arrangement waiting for my mother and grandmother on the table when we arrived. That was not the case, this lady that I think could’ve been the manager, she did not present herself to me other then she apologize to me that there is no arrangement of flower made for my table and there was another link that I had to go to get them. I showed her where I made the reservation on Opentable show her “the brunch and bloom” link and said that was the only link that showed and I had to pre-paid for it.. she said no did not have the time to show where I could’ve find the “link” and said she will credit $30 on my pay check in the end ( which btw she did not) Then to top it off the kitchen took forever to bring out our food. Even the sweet waiter was like I’ll take off the appetizer of your check due to the long wait. I understand the kitchen is probably back up but unfortunately the “Experience “ I wanted to surprise my mother and grandmother was not what I expected. This review is not to complain but hopefully make changes for the future and the reservation process can be a little easier and the “manger” can be more compassionate and much more aware on what went wrong other to say Oh there was another link which I still haven’t food nether on The kitchen website or on Opentable. Hopefully in the future no one has to experience this on Mother’s Day.

    We paid $90 up front for our afternoon Mother’s Day reservation and arrived on time and had to wait at least 15 mins to be seated (we had a party of 9 and it was Mother’s Day so we’re understanding about the wait). Once we were seated we were greeted and everything seemed fine. Appetizers were good and came to the table in a timely manner. Our waitress was lovely and took our orders. We proceeded to wait at least 1hr 45mins for our food. We noticed tables had been clearing out in our area and figured that things had to be slowing down. A table near us was there before us and seemed to still be waiting on their food. We ordered probably 5 burgers around the table and then other items off the menu for the rest of our party. The burgers were just okay and the rest of the food was gross. Everyone left pretty disappointed about the food and the wait time especially considering the price. The $90 did go to our bill (this was just how the reservation worked) and our waitress apologized for the wait. I don’t know what was going on with the kitchen that day but between the wait time and the food quality we will not be returning.
