Located close to the corner of Glenmore and Macleod we are Calgary's first Brazilian BBQ style restaurant. At Bolero the customer is in charge of the timing on our wide selection of churrasco(skewers) to be brought to your table by our Gaucho Chefs. Green means go and Red means stop. A perfect setting for any festive occasion as we offer a wide range of different, cocktails, wine, and beer. Dining with friends and family was meant to be fun, the Brazilian way!

    Absolutely amazing service, food, and ambiance. Our waiter was diligent, kind, and handled our families quirkiness and squabbling over the check with humour. We love eating here and will most definitely return. Thank you so much everyone for making it a great night!

    This is our goto restraunt we have never been disappointed, the owner tim is very friendly and professional. We have Ryan as our waiter every time we go all I can say is 5 stars all around.

    All steak we had was chewy or had bones. Was a birthday dinner as it’s my boyfriend’s favourite place he had to spit out several pieces of meat. Very disappointing definitely didn’t get our moneys worth at all

    Perfect anniversary meal location. Service was exceptional! The habanero pork and grilled pineapple were by far our favourite. Ended the dinner with a complimentary anniversary dessert. Would highly recommend this restaurant for a nice celebratory evening out

    Service is bad. Server is worst I can't remember his name coz he never introduce himself to us. He came when we are in the middle of taking some meat so everyone is busy to order a drink, I told him that we are going to order later, yet he didn’t leave us a drink menu. The only time he comes back is when we are about to pay. For the meat it takes them 20min for your request of meat. It’s 6pm I don’t if they don’t want to have a lot of leftover, but it’s still too early for that. Here is the best part they charge us a mandatory gratuity for party of 6 and one is a baby. WOW! This place never failed to disappoint me for my birthday and 2 consecutive bad experience.

    Loved the service we got. The beef was a little tough but still great. Overall great value also. Nice touch was the wonderful dessert that was complimentary because we were celebrating our anniversary. Will be back.

    Great experience, great food, great value! Desserts are delicious. My only complaint is that there are very few options for those who do not eat pork. Several non-pork meats are "bacon-wrapped" without a non-bacon-wrapped alternative. There is still delicious beef and lamb, but it would be nice to have about 20% more in terms of non-pork options for me to find this to be a *perfect* place to visit! Otherwise, it's still quite an amazing time! My advice: Do not fill yourself up too much with the salad bar before eating the meat, although if you don't eat certain kinds of meat, you might have to!
