  • "I had yet another amazing meal here, not that I would expect anything different. They even have a great happy hour menu, I have yet to try, but I will be there soon. If you have not tried them before, the Caviar class that Christopher does are amazing, I hightly recomend them. I have been muptiple times."

  • "The service was fantastic with friendly, polite, efficient and helpful wait and bus staff. Sat outdoors on Robertson and it was very pleasant. Very unique menu items that were a real treat. It was a pre-concert anniversary meal and we would do it again. BTW, it was an early concert and so we were seated about 4pm. This is a great place to go if you want a bite before an event. Take my noise level rating with a grain of salt. We were eating on the street."

  • "Chef Giselle Wellman is brilliant! Every dish was beautifully crafted and well balanced. Her modern take on the restaurant's classic dishes brings the food to new heights. Be careful though, it's very easy to over order. We ended up rolling out the door stuffed to the brim. HIGHLY recommend the burger (perfection), flatbread, soft boiled egg with whipped vodka cream, and caviar pasta. Service was great, attentive and knowledgable. I would recommend The Petrossian for anyone who appreciates great food."

  • "We enjoyed the experience very much and loved the caviar. We found the tasting menu a good selection, but the paste was too rich and creamy and we could not but take a taste. Enjoyed having the oysters and the caviar with blinis and would probably just have that next time."

  • "Outstanding Food, Service , We Were Celebrating A Birthday Yes It Was Great To Have Champangr And Caviar To Celebrate This Special Day One Little Draw Back .. We Have Been To Petrossian Before For Caviar, And Were Surprised That They Now Offer A Palate To Serve The Caviar On To Your Plate, Which I Enjoyed !!! However The Food Server Needs To Inform His Customer's Rather Then The People He Has Just Served... Having To Call Him Over On What The Palate Was For . OPPS"

  • "I have known Petrossian for ever in their original french version but it was my first Los Angeles experience. I found it to be a pretty impressive one. Set on trendy Robertson blvd, the restaurant is very low key yet extremely elegant. I'm always nervous bringing a travel zoo coupon to this kind of upscale places but they were absolutely fine with it. Service was perfect, dinner to die for and dessert was surely made in heaven (panacotta). Champagne of course, completed a beautiful experience, We'll definitely go again, with or without a coupon."

  • "This was our first time dining at Petrossian. The food, the service, the ambience, the caviar and the martinis were amazing. We will be back many more times in the future. What a great find!"

  • "The risotto with shaved truffle was exquisitely prepared and quite possibly the tastiest dish I've ever eaten. A very simple dish with incredible flavors."

  • "Yet another amazing meal, here. The staff is fantastic and the food is out of this world. This was the first time I had brunch there and will come again, next time, I will try the Eggs Benedict with Caviar."

  • "I've always had exceptional service here, but the night I went for Valentine's day / my Birthday, it was subpar. Got a bottle of champagne and more than once sitting there staring at the bottle from afar with no server to come fill. I saw the manager go around talking to some parties, but never once came around to see how we were. I've always given this place a full 5 star on everything, but this time I was very unimpressed. Will be going back since caviar is one of my most favorite things to eat, but not for a while."

  • "We went to the restaurant for the caviar, which did not disappoint. Surprised by the quality of the entire dinner. The steak was prepared perfectly and was delicious. The entire experience was superb."

  • "I love everything at Petrossians. I was sadly disappointed in their Lobster Roll, which had 8 bites of lobster, 2 pieces of uni in a 6"roll. Which cost $38 bucks? Very sad, I passed up Beef Tartar w/ Caviar for this? The fries on the plate overwhelmed me, I think there were 4x more fries than the size of the roll?"

  • "everything was delicious, the service was beyond amazing."
    Dined on 2/6/2014
  • "The eggs Benedict with salmon were tasty and the salmon was as delicate, flavorful and delicious as expected. The side salad was soggy and lackluster. At that price point, I would expect perfection all around. Service was lackluster."

  • "I can quote this is a runner up restaurant all around. From appetizer to desserts. The food was decadence and succulent!!!!! It was A-Mazingly delicious. I'm definitely coming back!!! Thank you for such an amazing caviar deja vu!!"

  • "Great and charming service for a special night - friend visting from Africa and needing a caviar fix! As always a great experience."

  • "We bought the Travelzoo deal which included 3 courses and a Moet champagne. The first course was caviar with bellini. It was so delicious. That itself was totally worth it. I had the caviar pasta which was also very tasty. My husband had the steak cooked to perfection. The service was impeccable and attentive. Petrossian is definitely one of our favorite places in the area!"

  • "Known best for their assorted varieties of caviar, I went to Petrossian to embark on a three course journey through Parisian delicacies. While I sampled all of the dishes, please note the prix fixe menu provided during restaurant week encompassed three dishes: appetizer, entree and dessert. All photos and commentaries can be seen by visiting my blog. The service in addition to the high quality food made for a 5 star experience. If you have time, use your time to peruse the boutique shops along Robertson Blvd. for a fulfilling experience of your midnight in Paris."

  • "I had never been to here and when I walked up and realize that there was a shop attached to the restaurant I was unsure of what to expect. First service was amazing from everyone on the staff. The food was spectacular and perfectly timed and they had lovely champagne cocktail choices. I highly recommend this place. The decor is nothing spectacular and it feels a bit like a fish bowl, but the food well out weighs the look."

  • "Our meal at Petrossian was simply one of the best we've ever had at a restaurant in this city. Known for its brand of caviar, of course, caviar is featured in many of the dishes. You don't have to like caviar to love the food, though. They also have a great boutique that features high-end chocolates, smoked fish, and of course, caviar, in a range of prices. I can't recommend this classy place highly enough."

  • "whether or not you like caviar the food is delicious, and there are many non caviar options available. the room is lovely, the service is attentive and they serve a good assortment of caviar options. I wish there were more by the glass options for wines, champagnes but maybe that will change."

  • "First time here and was immediately taken with the simple luxury of the restaurant's decor and layout. Comfortable seating that is close to other tables at times yet there was no feeling of being cramped. Service was very good, attentive, personable (our lead waiter was Eric and he was on it). My main was the Ink Squid Linguine which was good - not very good. Some interesting cocktails which were tasty. One of the appetizers we got was the Seafood medley of sorts (I forget the official name) with minute tastings that are in a covered flat tin. A return visit might be in order. But it would have to be special."

  • "Los Angeles needs this restaurant. A great place to try caviar."

  • "Petrossian is our favorite restaurant in LA. The food is outstanding: I recommend the oeuf royale as appetizer, the caviar and blinis, and the salmon platters of various sorts. It's one of the few restaurants with really good service!! The tables are far apart, the chairs very comfortable, and it's never too crowded or noisy. This is eating the leisurely old-fashioned way where everything is not drowned in pesto sauce or whatever and the NATURAL ingredients are the best. We go very often for lunch and/or dinner. And it's in the nicest neighborhood in LA near all the design stores."

  • "The food was fantastic, but a little pricey. If this was listed as a $$, that was misleading. It should be under the $$$ classification."
