Zino Ristorante is a lively Italian restaurant from the creator of Sweet Basil & Mountain Standard. Located in the heart of the Vail Valley, Zino is situated on the Eagle River in Edwards, CO. Executive Chef/Co-Owner Nick Haley serves contemporary Italian cuisine from an open kitchen, using the season's freshest ingredients. Known for our famous mussels, wood fired pizzas, house made pastas and savory entrées. The wine list features the best of Italian and American wine, created with passion by General Manager Adam Salvaggio. In the warmer months, dinner is also served on our patio overlooking the river, where you can join or watch a game of bocce. We used to enjoy Zino. We have driven to Edwards and stayed overnight to go to this restaurant for a few years. Unfortunately, the food has suffered since pre COVID. My wife enjoyed her chippino but my veal was not pounded very well and was chewy I don't think that we will go there again any time soon

Consistently great service and love the creative pasta and pizza options! Dinner on the outdoor patio is a treat in the summer. We always look forward to dining at Zino’s when visiting the Vail Valley!

Delicious halibut on black rice. My second time. Having this dish, I love it. My friends are vegan and gluten free, and their needs were accommodated superbly. Still my favorite restaurant in the Vail Valley.

Food is really good. I am amazed by the quality of their mussels. The portion is huge and quality does not suffer. Overall, wonderful ambience, services, food quality and quantity. Really glad we stopped by.

The chicken the chicken the chicken! II rarely ordered chicken in a restaurant but their woodfired chicken is delicious. Fish of the day is always good,and of course we love the mussels. Delicious!

This was our first time in over 14 months that we have been to a restaurant due to covid. It was a significant birthday celebration and everything was perfect! Food, service and cleanliness. My wife is gluten-free and her meal was prepared to meet her needs with no negative outcomes. We had a wonderful experience and we highly recommend Zino’s.

Dining is consistently good at Zino’s. The staff is always welcoming and the food and variety of Italian food is great. The pork chop Milanese is wonderful and made for a nice leftover lunch the next day. Pasta dishes are beautifully prepared with my favorite being the ravioli which always has enough for small lunch the next day.

Zino has always been one of our favorites. The mussels were fantastic - the plumpest & juiciest I've ever tasted and the halibut was cooked to perfection. Service was outstanding.

The restaurant had good reviews so it was one of our top choices. We ordered the fritto misto which was too much fried batter and sparse servings of shrimp and calamari. More fried fennel than anything else. Ordered gnocchi which was okay. Service was good, Overall...disappointing

Consistency is the big word for Zino’s! The food is consistently delicious and beautifully served. The staff are always welcoming, attentive, helpful without being overbearing. I brought 5 out of town guests on this visit. Each guest was thrilled with their food and drink choices. I look forward to returning in the near future.

It must of been a bad night for the restaurant. Usually the food is excellent love the muscles service is very responsive however this night, Mother’s Day 2021 they did not have muscles, food was not a good as usual and the service was very slow

This is an expensive restaurant, which was expected. What was not expected was the poor quality of the food, bland and honestly terrible. Three of our four meals were absolutely not worth the money. In past visits the food has been awesome, not anymore. There are better restaurants in the area at this price point. Not on my list anymore. Service was top notch.

Loved dining at Zino's! We had the burrata, which was delicious! It was served with roasted cherry tomatoes on top of a bed of roasted garlic-YUM! We also enjoyed a pizza and one of the specials that night. I love the Aires Montepulciano wine! Henry, our waiter, was friendly, helpful with the menu and attentive. We had such a lovely time. My husband said he wished we had chosen to dine there twice on our trip to Vail.

Halibut was good , Not great. Our experience the ost Year is that the food quality has gone down. It’s a shame , we hope it comes back as Zino Is a great community dining spot.

We asked a friend who lives in Beaver Creek for a dinner recommendation. So happy that she told us about Zino. We loved sitting close tot he kitchen and watching all the action. It was hard not to keep ordering food and wine. We will be back.

2 of the 5 items we ordered were incorrectly prepared, resulting in one of our guests eating after everyone was finished. Additionally, the special pasta was described as having marinara sauce; however, no marinara was included in the dish, and the short rib was tough. 2 of our guests had the dish and were disappointed. Hands down the worst experience we've had at Zino's.

My husband hates olives... we specifically asked for No Olives... pizza came with olives...and no apology from servers other than a replacement that would take 10-15 minutes while the others in the party were eating...he removed the olives but that flavor lingers! We asked for a box to take home some left over pasta... back kitchen staff threw it away... but they did replace it with a half order so all good there... Room for improvement ... will try again.

One of the most consistently good restaurants in the Vail Valley. Always good service, food and atmosphere. Their large portions offer value, but the food is also hand-crafted and delicious. I highly recommend.

The mussels were excellent. The homemade pasta was great. My seafood pasta was loaded with seafood. The chocolate dessert was magnificient. It is also nice that you can order 1/2 plates for the pasta dishes. Since my wife is a small eater, the 1/2 size order of pasta was perfect for her.

We ordered four dishes and three of the four were pretty good. The fourth was way too salty (inedible) so we sent it back. We actually ordered enough with the three dishes so just stuck to those and didn’t have the fourth replaced so it was comped. Our server was very kind about the whole thing. Prices are reasonable and portions are large. The restaurant cold use a refresh. The space itself is nice but the decor is very dated and a bit all over the place. Overall, it was good and I’d recommend it.

Love Zino. Our server was friendly and knowledgeable . Everything we had was perfection. We had the buratta appetizer- perfectly served with grilled ciabatta and roasted tomatoes. Then the arugula salad with fennel, pistachios and a cumin vinaigrette . The sausage pizza was amazing!! Loved it so much! My husband and I split everything and we still took home pizza. Highly recommend.

Zinos never disappoints. Enjoyed the eggplant Parmesan fritters. Service was excellent. My husband especially enjoyed the veal meatballs and the roasted beet salad.
