   Great spot right downtown Palm Springs! Breakfast was great and really nice people working there. It was quick service and the restaurant was open so we could sit inside but all open to the outside too. Very comfortable. Very casual too.

   The food sounds delicious, but was average at best. We ordered the recommended Chicken Schnitzel and Halibut as recommended, but both were dry. The food was not worth the price we paid. Friendly service, but not efficient. We won't return.

   Worst steak/frites ever, no flavor, manager in duty had an attitude, ordered a bottle of wine and it was bad and she disagreed and tried to convince us otherwise, then preceded to say she would drink it then on the job…. Nice job!! Will never go back!

I want my guests to leave happy. About the 'bad wine' - I am the owner and trying to make you happy, took a beautifully aged 2005 Barolo off your check and drank it, later, with dinner at 10pm and it was delightful. Many others agree-google it on Cellartracker, it just needed to breathe as I professionally suggested. Barolo, Fontanafredda Serralunga d'Alba, Piedmont

    We love Zin American Bistro. The food and the service are always outstanding. Our most recent visit was on a Saturday night and we won't be coming again on a weekend. The noise level was so extreme we couldn't have a conversation with our dining companions. I'm not sure what if anything can be done about that but it was an issue for us last night.

    Haven't been to ZIN for awhile, and forgot how reliably delicious the food is. The service is quite good, although our waiter seemed a bit perturbed and impatient at times while the place got busy, but he still delivered good service. The patio is really nice for people watching, although the street scene can be distracting. Overall, Zin is a great restaurant for good food and nice ambience, and I would recommend to anyone looking for a good meal

    Some of the food was quite good, and our waitress was nicely professional. It seems they're having a hard time recruiting staff as the other help was surprisingly inattentive and, for example, did not bring water refills to the table when asked multiple times. The biggest issue with the restaurant, though is that it is spectacularly loud inside. One of those restaurants where it's hard to even keep a conversation going unless you're sitting right next to the person.

    Four of us visited Zin and we loved everything! I had the halibut which was fantastic, one had the salmon, one has the lobster special and the other had the short rib. Everything was fantastic. Best meal we had while visiting Palm Springs.

    The location and decor / ambiance is excellent. Service although very pleasant, was at a slower pace than I would prefer. My lamb chops were tasty, but 2 were medium - medium well and 2 were medium rare as I ordered. My wife had Chicken Marsala and it was not on par with a high end experience.

    Immediately upon arrival, we were greeted by a very rude host. Our waiter was very stoic. The Brussels sprouts and truffle fries were the only good things about our meal. Our charcuterie board was mediocre at best. The short ribs were cold and flavorless. The fried chicken was decent, nothing stood out. The mash potatoes were straight up potatoes mashed. Nothing added to it at all. The broccoli cheddar soup was bland as hell. The creamed spinach was cold and thick. The green beans were hard as hell and cold (and of course again… no flavor). The blood orange spirtz was lacking all around. Overall very disappointed with our visit and won’t be coming back nor recommending this place. Please spend your money elsewhere.

We do remember you and hope you know that we went out of our way to try to make your obviously bad day better but it seems no matter what we could do it was just a bad day for you.     The service was excellent, as was the food, however you could not talk as that noise level was too loud. If we go back, will have to eat outside, as inside you can’t hear yourself think.

    I have been to Zin several times and find that there is a variety of great choices on the menu to satisfy all in your party. Their drink selection is also great! I will continue to regularly visit this great establishment!

    Outdoor patio was well ventilated and heaters were great on a wet and windy night. Service was good as was food. Would recommend for a casual dinner with friends

    My only compliant, and I know it's picky, is the english muffin on the eggs benedict was not toasted. Normally I would mention when I order as I hate soggy english muffins. The menu said "toasted" so I didn't, but it wasn't. Hollandaise was good, eggs, etc. Just that one thing.

    Everything from the oysters, the wedge salad to the land and sea entrees was delicious. The steaks were done just to our liking. The cheesecake and creme brûlée were fantastic. We had asked for outside seating, then the winds came up and it turned cold. We were told we could cancel because of the weather but we forged ahead. When we arrived the hostess said she had a table for two inside which really set the mood for a perfect Valentine’s Day romantic evening!

    Despite the weather, the team was great & seated us right away. The food was very good!! The noise level got to be overwhelming before we left. Everyone was talking extremely loud to be heard by others at the table. Ver nice experience.
