Not looking for anything. We were there on Friday November 3rd at 7:30 (reservation) with four people. The food was awesome. Appetizers were were ridiculously small. 3 bacon wrapped shrimp for 4 people so we ordered one extra. ( and the extra didn’t arrive till 10 minutes after the 3 and we ordered it with original order). and 3 crab claws for 4 people?? It took almost an hour for our main course to arrive. And we wanted dessert but was afraid it would take too long. It took 15 minutes to get our waiter to bring us our bill and then forever to cash us out. Four people spent a lot of money. and we came from Bartlesville Okla just to eat and play there. The food was great but the service RUINED the experience. Just the truth Unexaggerated.
My steak was awesome. My boyfriend’s seafood platter was over cooked which made it a tough. He ate the entire thing so it wasn’t that bad. They were out of our first choice of a bottle of wine. Our server recommended another bottle that was twice the price, no thank you. Our server wasn’t to on top of it. We were there after the concert crowd had left and it was pretty quite. This was our 3rd visit.
The food was AMAZING from start to finish! Our experience, not so much. Our waitress was so sweet, but overloaded. She forgot my salad, my husbands salad came out a minute before his steak, wanted dessert but no one came to get our order or our payment, so we skipped dessert and just left our payment at the table. Manager returned my call, but couldn't have cared less. Disappointing anniversary dinner.
First couple of times there, we thought this was the best steakhouse. Super disappointed the last 3 times. This Saturday's meal.... steaks were terrible, bacon on the shrimp was raw and even our margaritas weren't good anymore. Price sure hasn't gone down with the quality though.
Great dining experience. Did get a small overcharge on my wife’s meal. She asked to substitute a crab leg for a lobster tale and got charged for a full add on instead of a substitute. It was supposedly ok ‘d by our servers boss. I didn’t catch it until I was already home. Still good meal.
The ambiance and setting were fantastic. Seats were very comfy, and our waiter was helpful.
Unfortunately the food was very disappointing.
Calamari to start was bland to taste with no recognizable seasoning, but nicely tender. More sauce accompanying the dish would’ve possibly provided that flavour.
Steak wasn’t tender, bacon around the scallops wasn’t cooked enough, and the actual scallops were a little fishy tasting. Other people at the table said their steak was tender so I could’ve just had a bad one. Lobster Mac and cheese was good and so were the fries if not slightly too salty.
Dessert was possibly the worst.
Creme Brûlée was split, so the texture was closer to scrambled eggs. It also had a grainy/floury taste which I have no idea where that would come from.
Ice cream (homemade) trio flavours were decent. Maple flavour was nice and smooth, and definitely “mapley”. I was looking forward to the Dulce De Leche flavour but massively disappointed. Caramel texture was grainy, and the actual ice tasted like it had freezer burn.
It will be worth another try because of its potential, I hope I just went on a night where the kitchen staff wasn’t having a good day.
THE FOOD AND DINING EXPERIENCE IS PROBABLY THE BEST IN THE AREA. THE DRINKS ARE PERFECTLY CONSTRUCTED BY AN EXPERT, WHO IS MOST KNOWLEDGEABLE. THE ONLY THING BETTER THAT TOPPED THE EVENING WAS OUR SERVER, JOHNA. SHE WAS MOST DELIGHTFUL AND MADE THE EVENING RELAXED AND SPECIAL. WE WILL DEFINITELY RETURN!
Family get-to-gether of eight from around the country. Wanted an intimate quiet spot to have a good visit. Drinks were strong and good sized. Wine was great and food exceeded expectations. Wedge and Caesar salads large. Very good, steaks and , lobster was great. The best was the prime rib. Way above average. Waiter Ben was suberb!
How can an expensive steakhouse not cook steaks correctly. Ordered medium told the waitress "warm pink center". Got burnt outside raw inside. Had to have them remake them got the same thing second time.
Spent $100 and still didn't get a good meal.
Deserts where great but not worth $7 each.
We have been there several times in the past it was very good we haven't been there for about 6 months never again server no knowledge of menu doesn't know how to open a bottle of wine we had to remind him twice to bring our bottle of wine it took him more then 15 minutes to bring it prime rib was terrible and over cooked this place went down hill very fast poor service and food
The wait staff strive for excellence and it shows from the moment you are seated to leaving the table at the conclusion of your meal. The food is always the highest quality and the presentation of your meal is done with a flourish. Well done and please maintain and preserve the uniqueness of the experience.
