The food quality, ambiance and service were excellent. However, for a $65 fixed price menu, I expected more than two scallops in the entree course. I don't mind paying more for a special occasion but I was very surprised and disappointed by the skimpy portions. I would come again but not for another fixed price menu.
Delicious food...served beautifully...great atmosphere ...I highly recommend Willow Creek!
We LOVE Willow Creek! What a special place it is!
The food was delicious, but the coffee tasted burnt.
Great restaurant! We have been here several times, and it never disappoints. The menu is great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The ambiance is great. Overall a great experience!
Always wonderful food and service thanks for being in Evergreen.
Terrific food, as always. Thank you.
The server was very accommodating and welcoming, the food was beyond good, and the atmosphere was very relaxed and just right for any occassion.
Willow creek is our neighborhood gem. This review is from New Year’s Eve. They had a wonderful 5 course menu for $100. Food & service was great! The restaurant was decorated beautifully. Fireworks over the lake was a nice holiday bonus! Perfect night!
We love this place! Food and service are incredible. They were able to meet my daughters food allergies without a problem. We will definitely be going back time and again!
I have eaten at the restaurant many time but this was not a great day to dine. I am sorry...probably will return but not sure. The fish and chips were good but not a great value...a bit too pricey. And I did not hear my guest make any comment on the beet salad. I am sorry not to have a great review for I have been happier in the past.
Family dinner - great place and service. Excellent food! Love the brick chicken.
Our daughter came to Denver for a visit over Christmas and wanted to experience a little bit of the Colorado mountains. We wanted a place to eat with good food and a scenic view. Willow Creek Restaurant provided us with both. The food was great. The staff was friendly and the service was good We would eat there again.
This was my husband and my first experience here. We're leasing a home in Evergreen for 3 months. The service (which you should include in your above recommendations) was fabulous. She was knowledgeable, friendly, so helpful in describing what was on the menu. She was probably one of the best servers I've encountered. The food was also fabulous! There is no question that we will be back. The only negative is when the front door opened with more guests, the chilly wind could be felt.
Jamie is always smiling. She is so kind and welcoming.
Beautiful inside and out. The food is good and interesting. Maybe a tad less than excellent. The service could have been better and the restaurant was not packed. But the ambiance and interesting menu makes up for a lot.
The hostess was very abrupt, borderline rude. The seafood dish was excellent, the steak dish average. Appetizer selection wasn’t great, almost bar-food like. The dinner menu could use some help. Waitress was great but not as attentive as one would expect, however they were busy and not a big problem. Overall a pleasant enough experience but for the price the food could be better.
This ambience of Willow Creek is bar none. We've gone to Willow Creek for two special occasions and it did not disappoint. Beautiful, quiet, quaint with water views during the day... excellent food and fabulous service.
The chief is excellent the atmosphere is romantic.
It been about 8 months since our last visit to this charming and well kept secret of a restaurant. It appears it may be under new ownership/management & the changes are a welcomed addition
Really just a couple concerns with this restaurant. Although there's an extensive wine & alcohol menu there's no specialty coffees & very few non alcohol items are offered. For a brunch crowed with kids in tow that's a basic necessity.
The foods are prepared with some imagination but relinquished in small portions considering most menu items start around $12.00 & go up from there. The french toast constituted of 2 pieces of a thicker sweet bread & we substituted fruit for the meat selection, then only two kinds of fruit were even in a small cup & that was $16.00 . I`ll let you surmise the value in that, even in today's over-inflated foodie economy. The cost of two entrees, cup of coffee & a tea bag + tip was just a smile shy of $50.00
However if your looking for great ambience & an extensive wine list with little concern for expense then Willow Creek fits the exorbitant bill.
