Wendell’s Steak and Seafood Restaurant is the Inn of the Mountain Gods Resort and Casino's signature dining establishment located on the 4th floor. Wendell's features succulent dishes of fresh seafood, aged steaks, scrumptious desserts and offer an impressive wine list. The restaurant and lounge feature spectacular views of Sierra Blanca, the Sacramento Mountains, Lake Mescalero and our 18-hole Championship Golf Course.

Wendell's Lounge is adjacent to the restaurant where we offer delicious appetizers along with our signature martinis, margaritas and cocktails.

Note to guests: During our reopening stage, we will be featuring menus with a limited number of our most popular culinary selections. We look forward to seeing the return of some familiar faces and to welcoming new guests.

                                                            We had the lobster, scallops and prime rib. Lobster and scallops were some of the best that I’ve ever had. Prime rib was awesome, cooked perfectly to medium rare.  shrimp and crab martini appetizer was amazing as well. Service was quite slow and didn’t see our waitress for 10 to 15 minutes at a time.

                                                            The guitar music was way too loud!! The New York Strip steak had so much gristle, could not eat it, lots of money wasted!

                                                            My husband and I have been dining here forever. Each time gets worse. Our reservations are usually at 5:00 pm. Wendell’s opens at 5:00 pm so why does the live music not start at 5:00? I ordered the chopped salad and it was not chopped. My meal was cold. Server barely checked on us. Very disappointing!!

                                                            The prime rib was very tough and chewy. We should have sent it back. This was the second time it was bad. They should take it off the menu. All other food was good.
