Marigold's Bistro offers contemporary fine dining in Colorado Springs. One might not think exquisite seafood could be found so far from the ocean, but this eatery just minutes from downtown pulls it off very well with steamed mussels, salmon fillet and pan seared scallops, just to name a few.



While delicious seafood in the mountains may be a welcome surprise when visiting Marigold's Bistro, there is plenty on the menu for the landlubbers. For example, the power lunch crowd will love the bacon wrapped meatloaf, 1/2 pound Wagyu bistro burger and the grilled bistro steak even if the seafood crepes do not tempt them. The dinner menu at Marigold's Bistro includes Colorado white trout, Chilean sea bass, wild mushroom ravioli, smoked duck breast and osso bucco.

    The service was immediate when we arrived. Then it slacked off a bit but it wasn’t neglectful just not what I expected. Food was perfect and delicious

    What an unexpected surprise Marigold Bistro was. The service was fantastic, Alex was so personable and knowledgeable. The food was excellent - we enjoyed Lobster Bites, Escargot, Caesar Salad, Beet Salad, Sea Bass, and one of the specials, Sole with Scallops. Everything was delicious. The cheesecake and Key lime pie were also exceptional. We will be back!

    The waiter was pleasant but inexperienced- never refilled waters, no bread brought to the table. It was obvious that our dinners had sat under a heat lamp for a long time. The plates were extremely hot. We both had fettuccine ( chicken and mussels and clams). The fettuccine was not creamy- it was paste like and the pasta was dried out. The clams and mussels were dried out and shriveled- many shells were unopened.

    Great food and service. Several specials, including swordfish, which I had; the egg roll appetizer was the best I've ever had and the entree was excellent. A good wine list. We were celebrating a major anniversary and they brought a glass of champagne and an appetizer for us to enjoy before dinner. Ambience was good and our server was super attentive.

    Took my family to celebrate Mother’s Day. Food and cocktail's were excellent and service was impeccable. Joel our server could not have been better and made the dinner rememberable and pleasant. Was a great evening and wonderful choice for dinner. Highly recommend this restaurant for a wonderful evening and great food.
