   First time at this restaurant. We went for their happy hour, half off menu. The food was absolutely delicious. And the prices obviously are outstanding.. Would recommend the restaurant with or without happy hour prices. But if you can stomach eating around 5 o’clock or earlier it’s a tremendous bargain.

   Server was excellent but her staff was bad. Had to ask 3 times for bread and olive oil. Had to wait until my food was served (salmon) before my bread came. Everything else was perfect

   Food was outstanding but our waitress was not good. My wife asked for a big glass of water with her dinner and our waitress said all we have is one size. Never came back to refill and never asked how our food was. Maybe our waitress was having a bad day but still not acceptable. The food was very good.

   The octopus is outstanding, as were the chicken parm and Milosh (sp?) was on spot w service. Always a treat to go! Our only issue was the breaking down of tents and persons carting all the materials next to our outdoor table. However, this is no fault of vergina.

    We were not aware of the Sunday half-price special when we reserved. It's a madhouse! The staff was overwhelmed, so we waited forever for drinks, got warm salads immediately, and bread last. We thought the food was OK, but now my dining companion is extremely sick and has spent the day in the bathroom! Also, the host was incredibly rude multiple times. I wish I would have know about the special! I would have booked somewhere else!

    Open table showed reservations open until 11:30pm, so we didn't worry about rushing to get ready. I tried calling to verify, but couldn't get a real person on the phone. We knew they were open late, so again, didn't worry. We finally made a reservation just before we left, just in case. We got a phone call back, saying that the kitchen was closed-closed at 9:30pm. WHY would you show available reservations if the kitchen was closed?! And, my fault, but I didn't know it was also a hookah lounge! So, when a couple sat down next to us and got one, I'M the one who has to leave if I don't like it? Not cool. I will NOT be back.

    The food was delicious, staff is very friendly…only issue was that our server didn’t know what the specials were and said “ let me tell you about our specials “ ..then stood there and said “I can’t remember what they are” ..funny moment for sure !!’ Overall a great experience 👍

    Our party of 5 had 5 different entrees and they were all delicious. Our waiter was great too. We ended up staying after our dinner to dance to the fabulous live singer in bar area! Fantastic Night!

    It was a very busy Saturday night and we were treated very well. We ordered the Sea Bass and I would not order it again as it was very bland. Service was slow only because they were so very busy. We were seated outside and were very happy with our table and the ambiance of being on 5th Avenue. We will come back again and we generally eat at the bar. The bar scene is fun and the live music is always a treat.

    This must be the best value on Naple's 5th Ave. The half-price menu was varied and portions were excellent. Food is gourmet. We had delicious calamari with a tomato dipping sauce which was cooked perfectly. My eggplant parm was savory with lots of cheese. The spaghetti dish had meatballs prepared with 3 different meats. Our server, Conner was so friendly and efficient. We loved the outdoor ambience which was great for people-watching. A perfect meal!

    We asked for a table for 2 in the front row, but were given right in the middle, with heavy traffic of servers & visitors. We asked for a table in a nook by the window. Tables are way too close together. I could hear the private conversations of those nearby. Server was OK, not exceptional. Took her a while to come back. We had to ask twice fir her. But, chicken marsalla & spinach was outstanding! We are still raving about it! The value was exceptional, given it was happy hour prices! We will indeed come back!

    We arrived early and there was a table inside. The music was too loud for us to talk during dinner and gratefully they moved us to an outside tale on the side of the building. We thoroughly enjoyed our waiter and the food. We will be back.

    Party of 6 arrived on time for reservation and were seated. After 15 minutes we asked for a waiter as other tables arriving after us were being served. Waiter appeared and poured water and left. After 20 minutes we waved at him for service. Five minutes later he came and took drink and food orders. 15 minutes later still no drinks. We waved to him again and he brought drinks with two of the six wrong. The waiter serving three tables around us did seem to be doing an excellent job.

    Vergina changed hands a few years ago,,,We have loved Vergina for years. I read some reviews and they were not good. Thinking it was season, we?? If they couldn’t handle, handle they did👏Bravo👏. Our server Svetlana(sp?) So nice BUT, we took 4 young men and we all were happy. Thank you for another wonderful meal

    Our waiter, Mauro, went above and beyond to create a wonderful and charming experience for myself as well as my in-laws who I took out to a nice dinner during their visit to Naples. The sea bass was delicious, and my MIL ordered Osso Bucco for the first time and she simply loved it. The mussels were yummy and the wine was artfully poured by Mauro. If it’s an experience you want, then that’s what we got. Thank you!!!

    Our waitress was very good. She was born and raised in Russia and was hoping to avail herself to the opportunities available in the United States. She was very knowledgeable about the various menu items available. She worked very hard and provided good service. I believe her first name was Lana.

    Reservation not honored. Arrived 10 minutes early. Last table available given to couple in line before us, who clearly stated they didn’t have a reservation. We were told 45 minute wait. We came for early dining special, and would have missed it .

    The food here is amazing. The pear pasta is as good as the wonderful similar meal we had in Florence, Italy. The overall experience greatly depends on where you are seated. The half price happy hour from 3-5 is very popular. We made a reservation for 3:30 and by then all of the outside tables were taken. Inside, the tables for two are lined up so close to each other they could use benches instead of chairs. It’s loud and the servers are over worked for half their normal tips. We will never accept an inside table again and will probably pay full price and go later because the food truly is outstanding.

    They requested we order all at once. Then brought out the appetizers ,salad and 2 main entrees out at once. Then we requested to take back the entrees to allow us time to eat the first serving. They brought out 2 more entrees and we had to wait twenty minutes for the last entrees. A party of five and we all are at different times. The waitress apologized. The MGR apologized but didn’t offer anything g else for a terrible dining experience

    We were meeting for lunch before a private docent tour at Naples Art Institute, which I had noted in my reservation. Our waitress was not attentive to taking our orders. The food was very late to arrive and when I asked that our bills be presented while we were dining (in order to expedite matters) she refused to do so. We were 10 minutes late for our tour. Plus we had to ask that the loud and unpleasant music be turned down so that we could enjoy our conversation
