   The Hamachi Caviar was easily one of the top five dishes I’ve ever had—absolutely unforgettable. The service was flawless, and sitting at the sushi bar gave us a front-row seat to the chefs’ incredible precision and efficiency. Watching them work was almost as impressive as the food itself. Overall, an outstanding experience—we’ll definitely be back!

   My experience at UMI was absolutely phenomenal. The waitress was so intellectual she knew the menu as if it was her diary the Toro melted in my mouth. The ambience was of another world, as if I escaped to another dimension. There was only seating for so many, which made it seem so individualized and special to each person that walked through the door. Will I come back? Absolutely. Bring any colleagues that are in town here their mind will be blown.

   Always exceptional!!! Tuna with caviar, lobster tobon, live sea scallops, tuna crispy rice are a few favorites!!

    Simply amazing. I dined alone at the sushi bar and service was outstanding. The sushi was fresh and some of the best I have ever had
