   Poor service including interrupting our conversation to take away the plate from my guest, even though I was still eating, forgetting to bring the water for the table having been asked twice and then not clearing the table when I’d finished eating. Food OK…it used to be so much better.

   Amazing food as always, but we had a constant lack of service, not a fixed waiter, and as we paid cash, one of the waiters got our change wrong twice. We had to cancel a drink order as we had no more time to spend there - and the restaurant was half empty. We had better days there. As for the food - always recomended.

   3rd time being here and haven’t been disappointed once, only downside to my latest visit is the aircon wasn’t working, so it was quite warm in the restaurant.

   We arrived on time at 8pm as booked ordered our meal by 8.15 and our meal did not arrive until 9.40. Food was poor and not worth how much they charge. Overall terrible experience and will not be dining here in the future

   Service provided by Abby was a great and although the food did take some time (busy Friday night) the food was good. The ambience was lovely with good playlist which wasn’t too loud. Would happily return

   Very disappointing - went by online reviews so nobody will see this one most likely. Construction work going on in one half of the building the screeching of saws and hammers. Sushi was below itsu standard. Very very disappointing. Was for a birthday too !! Had to try and book another venue to try and make up for it. Won’t be back.

    Food and drinks were great. Only issue was that service was quite slow in taking orders especially when it got a bit busier
