Our first time dining here. Very elegant, definitely business casual dress at minimum. Caesar salads very good! My husband had a filet, medium temp ordered. It was rare. Good, but definitely not cooked medium. I had salmon, medium temp ordered. It was good, not great, but good! The cauliflower puree was amazing! Too many mushrooms in the arugula, and too much oil otherwise. Tiramisu for dessert. Will not order that again. It was like a dry sponge cake instead of lady fingers, the cream and chocolate shavings were good, but no espresso flavor to speak of. It was just dry. We expected everything would be amazing at this price point, disappointing.

As always, Truffles was fantastic. The food and service are always top knotch. We particularly enjoyed the new appetizers. We had the artichoke and the lobster toastada. Both were amazing! I have to say the spiced lamb also was really good.

They removed the pork chop from the menu, which was what my husband and son wanted. My son went with the filet mignon, and it was overcooked (he asked for medium rare, and it was more medium). Likely will not return until the pork chop is back on the menu. The server (Dave) was great.

Don’t eat here. They stick you outside, charge you full price and food is not much better than fast food. Cold, not cooked right no taste. Was shocked it used to not be this way. Owners/GM never came to say hi… $390 w tip for 4. Front desk hostess rude. Sauce supposed to come w steaks we ordered 3 steaks no sauce. Veggies tough and cold . 70$ steak not cooked right and tough. One of the filets was rolled in black seasoning after asking for no seasoning. Just plain worst meal ever.

This was a valentines night out for us and our first time visiting this restaurant. I was disappointed to be seated so close to another couple. That said, we did have a good server who did his best to be attentive. The server who took care of the table next to us was not so great, and unfortunately we got to hear all of the “not so pleasant “ conversations between that server and the couple. The server was rude and made a huge deal out of their wanting to send back their undercooked steak - which then came back over cooked and sliced. It was weird, but the manager did come to the rescue and corrected the issue. Nonetheless, clearly the issue for me and my fiancé was that this all happened right in our faces and ruined our whole dinner. It went on the entire time.

Fantastic place! Everyone around us was there for something different (I.e. business dinners, date night, family dinner, we celebrated a birthday) Don’t let the $ scare you away because the food and the staff are worth every penny. Huge wine list!

The food and service and ambiance at Truffles is fabulous. But the Dover Sole is so good I’d go there even if the place was a dump! Great service. Potstickers appetizer is really good. Tiramisu is worth it. Even the latté was great. Highly recommended!

Our eating actually falls between 3 and 4 stars. The food was delicious. The service was good. The wine list was extensive. The only thing missing was a creative cocktail menu. All comparable restaurants offer a selection of unique cocktails. Even a menu of classic cocktails would be useful, because classic cocktails vary depending on the bartender. We will definitely return to truffles for the food, but as far as the beverages are concerned, we will stick with water or wine.
