   I am not sure - but I believe the a/c was broken the day we went. It was incredibly hot inside the restaurant. The service was GREAT and the food was good for the most part. The Gluten free bun option - dry, stale and hard. I would nott recommend trying that.

   Our waitress was MIA the entire time although the restaurant is empty. Missed our orders and food is less than average.

   A few of us met for dinner from all over Houston - we ordered the Hummus and it was so good we ordered a second! Everyone's dinner was delicious from the Salmon bowl to the burgers, chicken tenders and meatloaf - it was all great. Our server was attentive and did a great job. A wonderful evening.

   I come here to eat and order to go cuz the food is clean and mostly organic. It's the best I can get if I'm not cooking at home. We came here today for Mother's Day so I could have the day off. They seemed under staffed. We waited a good 5 mins or more to be seated. Our waiter was running around like a chicken with his head cut off. Everytime we tried to ask him something in passing he would say give me a sec. Nothing against him but it seems like the bulk of the staff was working in the kitchen. I will always support a clean food eating establishment and wish there was more of them out there. I hope they hire more ppl so everyone has a pleasant experience.

   The menu and food quality is always outstanding but the pride and attention to details aren’t there as they were before. The tables aren’t cleaned well and the waitstaff doesn’t time the food correctly. I would eat here more often if the chairs were more comfortable (cold, hard metal chairs) and place was a bit more “polished.”

   Had a good Mother’s Day lunch. Sat on the patio it was good weather. The manager took pictures for us. Food was good. I really liked my lavender match latte.

   The atmosphere, service and food were all wonderful! The food came quick and was soo good! Our waiter Riley helped recommend a few things and even let us know what wasn’t on the menu yet. He was very attentive and could not have done better, we were very impressed! We ordered a little of everything.. guac, hummus, roasted brussel sprouts, turkey burger, ancient grain bowl, Korean noodle bowl, Hangover tea, Iced Horchata Matcha, Matcha latte, and the dark chocolate peanut butter tart. Needless to say we were happy and stuffed. We will definitely be back!

   We are visiting from New York City and were looking for a place to eat brunch and we are so glad we came here! If you’re looking for a place to eat that has healthy food with only clean ingredients (also many vegan and gluten-free options available), exceptional service, and an amazing atmosphere EAT HERE! Danny our waiter gave us the best service we have ever had at a restaurant. He began by telling us the history of the restaurant, which is something that we’ve never experienced before at any restaurant and that really told us that they go the extra mile in serving and caring about their customers as well as giving them the best, well-rounded experience possible! Danny explained to us that all of the ingredients in True Food Kitchen’s food contains no seed oils, includes only pasture raised eggs and only grass fed meats, which is RARE and we truly value having only clean ingredients in our food. I ordered the Southwest Tofu Scramble and my husband ordered the Rancher’s Hash, both the best meals we have had on our trip so far! Thank you to the team at True Food Kitchen for such a memorable and delicious brunch experience, next time we are in town we will be back!
