   First the good news…The service and management were fabulous. The decor is sharp and fun (mid century modern) and there is parking behind the restaurant. The crab croquettes were delicious. Now for the not so good news…As other reviewers noted, my friend’s pork chop was so salty she had to send it back. (We are both salt lovers, so that’s saying something!). The manager was really lovely about it and replaced her meal as quickly as possible. My branzino was dry and not seasoned, no sauce and served with sauteed veg that were doused in vinegar. It was edible, but not very appetizing. Their signature biscuits were over cooked and very hard. I wanted to love the place…Maybe an off night in the kitchen? Because of the great service, I would return to try lunch or breakfast.

   Had the Smash Burger and Fries… one of the best combos of a burger 🍔 I have had in a long time. Service was great. Staff was very nice. Ambiance is fresh, restaurant is spotless.

   Had the prime rib special and it was so delicious I finished it all! The red sangria was also tasty! Our server was superb. I wish I could remember his name to give him a shout out! Excellent meal, excellent service!

   I really enjoyed my scallops, and my partner said the Prime Rib Special was the best she has had since before we moved to the Valley. Outstanding and friendly service and a great vibe to the restaurant. We will return when the budget allows.

   We were a group of 7. The food was good and the server was polite and helpful. We all ordered cocktails that came out at different times with nearly a 10 minute delay between deliveries. A dirty martini was loaded with olive juice and needed to be remade. Two glasses of wine needed to be returned. The bottle had been open too long. The wine was not drinkable. Replacement glasses were fine. Everyone was very happy with their appetizers and entrees, and the server was great. The cocktail issues will not prevent us from returning. We would just like to have had this part tightened up a bit.

   We had a great time dining at Trio. The staff were super friendly and very responsive to all our needs. The food was excellent and the presentation was great. The menu overall seemed to have something for everyone.

   We were greeted by staff as soon as we entered. The bartender/waiter was as friendly as could be. Service was up to our expectations. Food was very good, especially the crab croquettes. We ordered their special which was priced very fairly. A most enjoyable evening.

   Don’t ever have to be back to this restaurant again. I gave it another chance but not anymore. Crispy pork belly was very salty, the tuna tower didn’t have much flavor, the biscuits were not good at all. The spaghetti meatballs pasta lacked sauce and the meatball itself had no taste. Prices are over the roof too, it is so not worth it. The menu is so overpriced for this kind of restaurant. This place is a pure tourist trap

    We had an excellent dinner last night with long time friends. All four of us had outstanding meals. The short ribs, branzino and garlic shrimp pasta entrees all delighted. As always Dominic took great care of us and amused us at the same time. Trio continues to make us want to keep coming back. Sorry we missed you Tony, but your staff took great care of us!
