El Tinity ha vuelto a abrir sus puertas en octubre con la misma filosofía, cultura y equipo y con un ambiente nuevo y refrescante. Conserva su toque sofisticado y sigue siendo uno de los restaurante de más relevancia en Clapham. La zona de comedor al aire libre tiene capacidad para 24 personas. El comedor puede acoger a 50 comensales que ahora podrán ver sin trabas la cocina de planta abierta desde sus asientos de banquete. Está decorado en suaves tonos verde jade y rosa viejo. El nuevo menú mantiene la fidelidad a su estilo y refleja la interpretación que Adam hace de los grandes clásicos, en un entorno relajante y asequible. La cocina presenta un menú de 3 platos con 6 entradas/platos fuertes y postres, todos a un precio individual. La oferta de vinos mantiene una excelente relación calidad precio con la lista del chef (solo hay que añadir el IVA y el descorche). La carta ha aumentado en calidad y cantidad y se ha extendido a 400 etiquetas que están expuestas en la bodega de la primera planta.

                                          Fantastic meal and service. It’s great to know they are still going strong when so many are closing gourmet restaurants are closing their doors. For the craft and service you get, it is great value.

                                          A fantasic meal from start to finish. Attentive service, exquisite food, the beef tatar and the salmon were particular stand-outs. Looking forward to going back and to try Upstairs also.

                                          Trinity continues to deliver both exceptional food and service. The menu last night was excellent, the quality of products and sheer wonderful taste of the sauces along with every course a pleasure. Adam and team deserve all the accolades they are given. Its not been voted the 4th best restaurant in the UK for nothing. Definitely not cheap but worth every penny.

                                          I’ve wanted to go to Trinity for a very long time, and the hype and ratings just kept climbing. I finally came in yesterday for my birthday, and it’s safe to say it was worth every bit of the excitement and more. From the moment we were greeted to the moment we left, we were looked after with genuine care. It’s easy to take someone’s coat and hand them a menu, but the staff went beyond that. They made the experience personal without ever being intrusive, it’s clear they genuinely care about their guests. A special thank you to Katie. All of the staff were fantastic, but Katie was primarily looking after our table throughout the evening. She was extremely knowledgeable about both the food and wine, and the only issue we had was wanting to order everything she described. Friendly, professional, and attentive, our glasses were never empty, and all four of us were smiling the entire evening. The food was absolutely incredible. We were lucky enough to be seated near the kitchen, and we were completely captivated by the smooth, clinical operation. Their mastery of flavour comes through in every dish, it’s genuinely impossible to order wrong. Everything arrived at the perfect temperature and in good time, and we all left happy and just the right amount of full. I can’t wait to come back and treat more of my loved ones to the culinary experience that is Trinity. Thank you for a wonderful evening, and one of the best meals I have had.
