   As usual great food and great service. The blue lobster with bisque and peas was truly amazing.

   A perfect venue for an Easter Monday lunch. A bright dining room, friendly and attentive staff, wonderful and balanced food. Very high quality ingredients prepared such that their intrinsic quality is allowed to shine. While I brought my own wine, the sommelier was very engaging and looked after us superbly.

   This restaurant isn’t a Michelin Star. Level of noise extremely high. People cleaning glasses while we were eating. One broken during the process. Air conditioning fan coming directly to our table. We had to ask to fix, which has been promptly fixed. Some dishes were really good, but the ravioli was cold. We were in 4 and ordered 3 different deserts. 1 was really good and the other 2 were just ok

   Wonderful way to spend Easter Sunday. The service really was exceptional and we were amazed by the grace with which the sommelier responded to a request for a choice of red wine that was "a little less grapey". We came on a strong set of recommendations and had a really great time.

   A simply fantastic team of highly skilled and professional individuals. I love everything this restaurant stands for and their values. Truly high quality cooking. The food was exquisite and the service warm, friendly, and simultaneously discreet and polite. So much respect and admiration for every single person working there. The result is such a satisfying dining experience. We cannot wait to be back and try more dishes! A jewel.

   Lovely experience for my wife’s birthday. Food top drawer, staff were great and wine pairings perfect. Thanks Team Trinity.

   Food was excellent: the ceviche and the half smoked salmon were absolutely superb /stunning. The chateaubriand was very good as was the tart tatin (but I’m not sure pink lady apples are quite the perfect choice). This was our third visit. It would strongly recommend Trinity to anyone that enjoys good food accompanied by attentive, well judged service. We will certainly return and I’m sure we will enjoy another excellent experience.

   Trinity is fine dining experience to be repeated located in a nice area almost a fill of being in the country side food is exceptional nicely presented drinks where adventurous service was superb !!!!

    We had a really special evening celebrating our anniversary. Outstanding service and some of the best food we’ve ever eaten. Trinity maintains a relaxed atmosphere while delivering faultless service and incredible dishes. Thank you to all the team
