    I went to the restroom and when I returned to my table my food was taken and a group of 6 staff members was standing around my table, like I ran off stiffing the bill! I found it deeply offensive! I am a 62 year old diabetic with bad knees! I couldn’t run away from anybody!

    Great food! We all had the mahi-mahi fish with macadamia nut crust.  It was absolutely delicious, excellently, prepared, and beautifully presented highly recommended for appetizers. We had the coconut shrimp. We had excellent service by Garrett. He was knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and helpful a.k.a. the best!  Because of this great experience, we will probably be back again during our time at Maui

    We always order the same entrees because they are always on point! However, this time the Parmesan Chicken was a little on the dry moist side, instead of perfectly moist.

    Mai Thai's were excellent. Waitress suggested a wine which was also great. Had Mahi Mahi and the pulled short rib tacos - both were excellent. Key lime pie good too. Been there several times and it never disappokints

    Was a quiet evening at the restaurant so not sure why they seated all the tables right next to each other. Was just the 2 of us yet they set a table of 4 very loud guests right next to us and a larger family group on the other side - end of our conversation as we could not hear each other. Filet was not great - kind of dried out. Tortilla soup was good. Coconut shrimp was tasty. Our server was very sweet and attentive. Overall the dining experience was disappointing tonight Past visits were much better .

    We love the Tommy Bahama restaurant in Waikiki, but the Wailea restaurant did not compare in ambiance, food creativity, or quality of service. We have also been to the Marlin Sportsbar in Lahaina (now gone), and had a wonderful experiences there also. The Wailea restaurant was just average, and definitely not helped by our waitperson. If Wailea was the first Tommy Bahama restaurant we had gone to, we would never consider going to another. However, because the Waikiki restaurant was so special, we will go back there when we are in Waikiki, but not the one in Wailea.

    I love the food the environment the service ! Always been great . But as these last few years have gone by the prices have continued to rise . As a resident and working person here 45 years now, we can’t afford your prices any longer . On social security our income doesn’t keep going up . Even working part time eliminates us from enjoying your beautiful place. Appetizers are even $24 now . Entrees $45 to $55 . Cocktails $17.50 . It’s a min of $200 for a couple without a tip to enjoy a meal now . Without dessert . Sad about this 😢

    As a regular customer this was a disappointing visit. Seated at the worst spot at bathroom and server station despite half empty restaurant. Host didn’t even bother clearing extra silverware. No bread offered. Crab cakes were good as always but the salad with them was past it’s prime.

    Francisco was great and welcomed us to one of our favorite spots for dinner. I had the fresh and delicious grilled mahi without the macadamia nut crust and it was prepared perfectly for me and my tricky food allergies. You never will feel embarrassed or put out by asking for certain items that you’ll love. My husband and friend both had the scrumptious kabli short rib tacos and my other dear friend had the filet mignon which disappeared so quickly I never saw her eat it! The wine was s perfect pairing to our delish dishes. We will all be back soon and don’t forget to stop by the Tommy Bahama store next door for a new island style outfit. Staff always friendly and Patrick helped us find the right shorts and shirts. I hope you enjoy your visit as much as we did and please visit Maui soon. We all love our visitors no matter where you live.

    We loved this restaurant and the pork tacos so much we came back for a second dinner! Paige was our server last night and she was SO awesome! The place was busy and she was very attentive and so professional. It’s fun to watch how all servers work so well together. I wish they would place mirrors so their servers and staff would not have to constantly say “corner” going to and from the kitchen through! We will be back!

    Taro chips with the ahi poke were so delicious! Wish they sold them in the stores. Crab salad was really good. Entertainment on 9/11 was absolutely fantastic. Incredible local talent as a one man band. Only thing missing was a sunset view.

    Kim at the Hostess Stand is a welcoming person every time we are TBs and she is working. A true asset. Calls us BY NAME! Francisco took great care of us. Friendly, professional and just an incredible server. Gina (Food Runner) - personable. She doesn’t just deliver plates but engages with us and other customers. Great Aloha from Gina! Manager Rick is seen to assist staff where needed. Also checks in with customers. TB Wailea is the best. Musician Richard is just not a favorite.

    The food was excellent. Drinks were excellent. However, the hostess’s was picking and choosing which parties to sit first. I understand that they do not sit you right away if your entire party was not there, but the rules weren’t followed for all. We had to wait a long time before we could be seated. We ended up waiting almost an hour before we could be seated, while other parties with missing people were sat right away.

    We had another great meal at Tommy Bahamas! Of course we love the fresh bread and cinnamon butter and Coconut Shrimp….. but we didn’t know about the “tacos and tequila” specials. We tried the Shrimp tacos “Al pastor” and they were yummy! Just enough hot to be good and not burn da mouth. Our server Mari did a threat job too. We will be back!!

    Best meal we had in Wailea- really tasty and fresh. Sat out on the deck which had a lovely ambience with the lights , breeze and live music (guy on guitar who was very good) Amazing service (thanks Garrett)
