   We are frequent visitors to the Wailea restaurant. We always gave a great experience. Our server Jacob always gives us a great authentic experience. He looks after our every need! We couldn’t ask for a better experience!

   Never disappointed when it comes to their food, Mai Tai's and service. However, we made online reservations for patio dining to hear their live music and it was specifically noted in the reservation. When we arrived the hostess informed us we would have to sit inside because the entire patio had been reserved for a large party. They even canceled the live music. Had we known ahead of time we would have gone elsewhere and come back to Tommy's another afternoon. My recommendation is to call and make your reservation if you want specific seating.

   This was our first time dining at Tommy Bahama and it fell short. The service was awful, Garrett was hardly present. We were able to finish our meal before he came back to check on us. The food was very good but service lacked.

   We had a lovely lunch and enjoyed carb bisque and salad. Francisco was our server who was excellent. Kylene is awesome and made delicious drinks for us! She is a true treasure. Thanks for a great time!

    Mediocre experience. Food was ok not great. Very crowded, felt like we were seating with our neighboring table. So loud could not talk. Service not great. We can say we were there. Would not do again.
