Waiting 15 minutes for table, then told dinner menu not available for another minutes even though booking confirmation was for dinner. Air conditioning behind seating was drafty. Food good, service mixed

We had a wonderful breakfast here. The service was excellent and the food was good. There was a large choice on the menu and I can recommend the haggis with duck eggs, lovely! The Wolseley is quite a lovely restaurant to visit and you get a great view sitting at the tables upstairs.

An overall really great experience. The food was very good, we were very glad we were sitting high as it was slightly quieter than the ground floor, but what made it outstanding was the service. Our fabulous waitress overheard us greet one of our guests with a 'happy birthday' and a couple of minutes later a gorgeous donut (the best I have ever tried) appeared on a plate with a little Happy Birthday edible banner. A truly touching gesture. Well done Wolseley team!

We were celebrating our 5 years old child birthday and they accommodated us on a beautiful spot on the upper part with the best view. The service was impeccable and extremely kind. Thanks a lot for such a wonderful experience!

Our go to breakfast in London. Booked online and could only do before 8 or a quarter to ten onwards.It was only half full at 0945 so could easily have arrived earlier. It then filled up! Ann had a full English and I had kippers. Bit of a faff fitting everything on the table, but the waiters coped. Excellent as always and did not cost much more than breakfast in our hotel.

My sister and I had a wonderful afternoon tea and a bottle of Prosecco. The cakes and scones were delicious, and kept coming, as did the tea. The wait staff were lovely, every single one, from the moment we arrived until we left a few hours later. Everything was beautifully presented, and we were given a little box to take some scones home inside. I'd highly recomment the Wolseley for afternoon tea, the room is gorgeous, and the staff make it feel very special.
