La décoration chic et sophistiquée plante le décor de cette "cuisine du monde", un mélange provoquant d'influences épicées propice aux belles expériences culinaires à Palm Springs en Californie. La salle à manger est entourée de hautes banquettes semi-circulaires moelleuses qui vous garantissent confort et intimité. Exhalant une ambiance lumineuse et exotique, la cuisine met à l'honneur des spécialités du Pacifique telles que la légine australe cuite dans des feuilles de bananiers ou des côtelettes de porc cuites au barbecue hawaïen. Vous pourrez également savourer un large éventail de succulentes tapas, salades, pizzas cuites au feu de bois et de desserts. Le Coral Seas Lounge, bar branché du milieu du siècle, est bordé de tabourets sexy en cuir noir et rappelle les gais salons du vieux Palm Springs.                                 We had a great time celebrating Mother’s Day here. The vibe was good and the food was too. This was my third or fourth time earning here. It was my first time for brunch. The breakfast items compared to the dinner items were a bit underwhelming. We had the classic eggs Benedict which was pretty basic, not the best. We also had the breakfast pizza which was good, not great. And for an appetizer we had the crab avocado salad which was the best item we had. I’ve always enjoyed my dinners here, so maybe it’s the chef in the morning!

                                Always enjoy coming here. However, I didn’t see my favorite salmon dish on the menu this time. But it was still a great Mother’s Day brunch treat from my boys. Brandy our wait staff was very attentive and friendly! 😊

                                Great drinks! Service provided by Kyle was exceptional. Ambiance was super cool almost "Club ish". Awesome overall experience. A little pricey on the drinks.

                                Always excellent, we have owned a home in Palm Springs for 11 years. We first happened on Tropicale 12 years ago. It is our favorite restaurant with wonderful staff and fantastic owners. We have never been disappointed and have introduced all of our friends, which have also become regulars. If you want a truly Palm Springs experience this is where it is happening. Robert and Dianna Smith

                                Our server, Greg, was GREAT!!! we always bring our out-of-town guests to Tropicale, and they are never disappointed… We will see you again soon!!
