   Once again, the restaurant does not disappoint. The food is yummy and the service is consistently great. The elevated price is the only negative but that is what you would expect for a beautiful setting.

   The restaurant used to be amazing but it’s gone mid. The bread is good. I got the eggplant dish, the person I was with got the spaghetti bolognese. The eggplant dish was flavorless and I commented during the meal it should have been served with a pasta or gnocchi, or something on the side. The bolognese was lacking in sauciness and flavor - she even took half home and reheated it but wound up just throwing the rest away because it didn’t get better with time. We got the chocolate soufflé dessert and it was good. I’m a member but I haven’t been in a while, I get two free glasses when I visit. I ordered the glasses at the table but got charged for them. When I asked the waiter to fix that he said he can’t and I was supposed to order at the tasting room. I don’t understand the difference but whatever. It took an expensive but blah meal and made us leave on a sour note.

   Service is great. We ordered the wine flight, mussels, sea pasta, porter house steak , and chocolate soufflé. Except for the steak, we enjoyed the food. The quality of the steak meat is not at par

   My husband and I dined at Ponte after two friend’s of ours recommended it to us. The dining experience did not disappoint. We began our dinner with the most unique bread and olive oil pairing which is standard for all diners. The bread was served warm and the flavors of garlic, Parmesan and pesto blended perfectly with the butter we added to it. Our friendly server recommended our wine for the evening since we really couldn’t decide what to order. Her recommendations were on point and complimented our meals well. We began by sharing the Caesar Salad which was topped off with anchovies. It was very tasty. I then had the filet minion with a hearty serving of fresh veggies and cubed potatoes paired with a Pinot Noir. My husband opted for the braised sirloin with red wine sauce, wild rice pilaf + spring onions, and sautéed garlic green beans. Since we were celebrating my husband’s birthday, our server surprised him with some limone sorbet which my husband absolutely loved. It’s his favorite dessert. The evening was quieta d relaxing, the food perfection and the wines a great compliment to a wonderful dining experience. We will definitely recommend this restaurant to our family and friends.

    Great service and advice on cuisine. We always to here for lunch on special occasions because of the view from the outdoor section nearest the rock garden. Very relalaxing. The food is great with a wide selection on the menu.
