Chocolate souffle was delicious. Best part of dinner.
Underdone brussel sprouts and unseasoned, soggy calamari.
Service and the live entertainment was quite good.

Always love making a point to experience Ponte when visiting PS. We truly love the experience!!

Just a suggestions for us vegetarians....

The cheese platter was served by someone who could not give us a tour of the wonderful selections on the plate. Only one or two minutes later, our waitress came to us to give us the tour. She explained there was a bacon-cranberry chutney of which I said I am unable to eat meat. I wish I would have known this ahead of time as I had already taken a bite of it. I too could have waited for the tour - guess I was too hungry, so my bad as well. We then ordered the Farmers pizza (after I mentioned I do not eat meat). She didn’t remind us of the fact the pizza is served with pancetta. The pizza was served and I couldn’t eat it. Again, our bad for not rereading all the ingredients on the za. She did check on us after the first few bites and then offered to remake the za without meat after my husband questioned meat on the za. We responded by saying no thank you to her offer, as we should have remembered there was meat on the za and had plenty of things to still eat on the cheese platter.

Anyway, it’s sometimes difficult to work around so many specific ways of eating. We do our best to take care of how we order, but will mess up sometimes. All in all, everything was soooo delicious - the beet soup was exceptional, as was the cheese platter and za. Thank you for all you do. We will surely be back again and continue to tell our friends about Ponte!

Delicious food, beautiful atmosphere, guy playing and singing beautiful, soft music, frogs making noise in the background, and service was friendly and prompt. I was extremely happy with our experience.

It would have been better if we visited the restaurant during daylight hours. The nightime was freezing and ambience wasn't that great. The server was very nice and accommodating but she was stretched pretty thin. The food is very overpriced therefore I don't think the value is there. I would recommend for lunch, but not a special occassion birthday dinner.

Restaurant was spectacular. We went for a friends birthday. The seating was outdoors, it was cold but the staff ensured that we had amble heating. Food was great. We shared a chicken pizza a must have again. The burger was good well cooked and a large portion. Other customer had the calamari, salads and a cheese platter that look good. I am looking forward to returning and trying those options.

Wine room was good. Staff was very knowledgeable about the wines and answered all questions.

Ponte is definitely on my list of wineries to visit when I am in wine country.

Our lunch experience was nothing but spectacular! The food was delicious and came out in a timely manner. We loved the specials and felt very content with portion sizes. We wanted to try the desserts but we were satisfied with our entrees. The atmosphere was delightful even with the crisp weather outside...!

We had a nice lunch at Ponte. It is expensive, just like all winery restaurants. They put us in a inside, private room, so we really didn't have much ambiance. The service in the past has been better. Not really friendly and W
we had to ask for simple things, like bread plates. My daughters pesto chicken pizza didn't have much chicken. My son in laws hamburger was well done instead of medium. They missed the mark this time, we might go back.

The place is spectacularly beautiful with serene: open vine fields, and an outdoor Italian dining feel. We’ve been members of Ponte for over 15 years and every time before it has been memorable and satisfying in every respect. There were two differences this time that I will be looking out for on our next visit, and they are meals and prices. This recent time the food was not as good as it always has been (dry vegetables), the presentation was lacking and the prices went up quite a bit.

The table that picked for us was in a sunny area. I asked to be seated on the table next to it but I have been told that it is reserved. I made this reservation a week ago and the tables have no numbers. So how someone can reserve an exact table? I asked to pull the shade just a little bit down to block the sun but the insistir to pull it halfway down. But that will block the view but they didn’t listen to me.

Always, always, always a great venue for friends and family and fun with creative and delicious meals. We all had different pizzas this time, and the vegetarian pizza was probably the best I’ve ever had.
A few of us also had the butternut squash soup. I ordered a cup and got a generous bowl size serving of that delicious stuff!
The free hors d’oeuvres, and the bread with the best dipping sauce ever were wonderful additions.
We are wine club members so we brought a few different bottles to sample. It was a perfect lunch.

Was referred to this restarurant from a wine club member and it didn't disappoint. The only negative of the dining experience was the service from the waitress. She seemed to not be aware we were there as several missed services such as following up on water and tea. Informed waitress as we set to order our meal that we weould not be ordering a salad as we would be ordering a dessert and several minutes passed at the initial order of our meal as well as dessert. Would definately dine there again and hope the service would be better.

We absolutely loved the setting and the view of the gardens and distant vineyards; in fact, I'm still thinking about how lovely it was to sit out there at the end of October. The food was surprisingly poor given the kitchen's credentials online. Duck breast was perfectly cooked but came with a very bland cherry jus that had little cherry (or any) flavor. The accompanying cauliflower was slightly overcooked and in a thick cream sauce that didn't pair well with the fowl. Cioppino came in a very thick broth that seemed more like tomato sauce than the typical broth, and the flavor was overpowered by the sausage rather than the shellfish. The fish seemed fresh but was also slightly overcooked. The waitress also kept referring to the bucatini in the dish as 'udon,' which it obviously wasn't, and while she was friendly, the service was more coffee-shop-casual than fine dining.

I would return in a heartbeat for a salad and a glass of wine, but I would steer away from the expensive entrees, which aren't enjoyable enough to command the prices.

The first time my wife and visited the Restaurant at Ponte was for lunch. This time was for dinner, and it made me realize why I wanted to go back. The menu is amazing, with a great selection of salads, appetizers and entrees. This time, we both had the salmon with crispy skin left on, with accompanying yam and zucchini hash, fried okra; we shared an order of sautéed Brussel sprouts and Yukon garlic mashed potatoes. This was after we each had one of their incredible salads: a Caesar which was not drenched in dressing, and a mixed greens salad with goat cheese, pecans and by special request some added figs. Even though we shouldn't have, we split one of their incredible seasonal desserts; I cannot recall what it was called (I think it was a pandowdy), but can describe it as a homemade cookie-type crust filled with fig jam, vanilla ice cream, pieces of fresh figs, and sweetened just right. Of course, being at Ponte, the wines we chose (by the glass) were wonderful accompaniments. To say the least, we will go again. And again. And again...

Enjoyed the fresh bread with an unusual, extremely tasty dipping sauce. Harvest Salad was amazing and substantial enough for two to split with an ordered entree. Salmon was over cooked and dry even after we specified medium rare. Was returned but the chef replaced 2 over cooked pieces with one piece prepared as ordered. Not very happy about that but everything else was spot on. Not displeased enough to stop dining there. Will possibly return but will be adamant about how to prepare salmon for our taste.

Went here with my boyfriend and his mom while she was visiting. We are wine club members and this was the first time we were dining in for dinner. We had no issues making a reservation or getting sat on time, our waitress was very pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable, and the atmosphere was delightful. It was bit of chilly evening, but the heaters were on so we barely even noticed, and the outdoor scenery was just wonderful. We ordered a bottle of wine to split and of course, the Sangiovese did not disappoint. My boyfriend and his mom ordered the Cioppino Calabrese, I ordered the muscles as my meal and we all shared the bread on the table. The herbed bread tasted spectacular but it was cold unfortunately, and would have definitely be even more tasty with if it was heated. The muscles were cooked perfectly and there were plenty bathing in the curry-type sauce. The sauce was perfect for dipping the bread in as well, my only complaint was that there was likely too much fish-sauce used in the recipe as it was reminiscent of some seafood other than muscles. My boyfriend and his mom were very happy with the amount of seafood in their pasta dishes, as there was ample amounts of salmon, muscles, crab, shrimp and sausage! Their only critique was that the flavor got tiring very quickly and seemed to overwhelm the dish. We did not have dessert because nothing caught our eye, but the options did look diverse and creative. We will most certainly be back again for some more delicious wine, fun atmosphere and friendly staff!

This was our third lunch outing to this restaurant. Really like the location and the food. The free bread that they give while you're waiting for lunch was bad! Neither warm nor tasty. Service was not great since they were really busy. Our server was very nice but too busy! Also, the Chardonnay that my husband ordered seemed diluted; he had to switch to beer.
