Our server Aida was excellent!! The food was unbelievably fantastic!! And the wine, well you just can't beat Ponte wines. I am a Ponte wine club member but first time at the restaurant. I will be back many many more times!
Food was terrible for the price. Our waiter was nice but we had to wait 5 minutes for silverware with our food already sitting at the table. This restaurant has so much potential but is sorely lacking.
Beautiful ambiance, delicious food & friendly service.
Delicious food, nice presentation of food, beautiful views
Probably my favorite restaurant. Best food and service. Never disappointed.
Been here a few times. Looks like they changed chef. The food was better on our previous visits.
Nice staff and great food and wine! One of my favorite places to go for lunch.
Perfect social distancing outside table. The food was excellent especially the mussels and sparkling wine. We will go back again soon.
We were very surprised by the quality of wine, food was excellent, and the service was outstanding. I would definitely go back there. We are going to take our friends we liked it so much.
The food was excellent. We had lunch and dinner at the restaurant. The staff was great and the ambience beautiful.
Food was great. Good service and I felt safe enjoying a meal here. They met the standards. Thanks again.
Waitress wasn’t wonderful. Wind was fabulous. Bought 9 bottles at the Resort
My boyfriend and I had a wonderful time at Ponte. It is one of our favorite places in Temecula.
really nice place !!sAnd best sever ever!!I would like to visit again.
We love it here !! So beautiful 😍
Great food at a beautiful location. Nice atmosphere and safe environment
Make sure you see the property- great hangout place.
I am anxious to give everyone a good review during Covid but just can't do it here. We came Thanksgiving week and booked a dinner at the winery. Service was good but food was not even average. We kept waiting for it to get better and it never did. Calamari was freezer burnt and leathery, the jalapeño peppers were literally the best part of the entire meal. The Caesar salad dressing was one step above mayonnaise. I had the butternut squash ravioli... the cream sauce was thickened milk and bland as could be. When my husband's steak arrived we both immediately thought we must be at a Dennys or a Sizzler... Tough and tasteless. Come enjoy the grounds but eat somewhere else.
Completely over priced tourist trap, avoid at all cost. The "steak" was super thin (well cooked though!) and the mashed potatoes were a greasy slob on the plate, the broccoli had no flavor whatsoever. The scallops were good, however sitting on some undefineable smush of potatoes, dessert tasted like somebody made it from a pack of instant cake.
Overall a complete lack of anything that would make it better than eating at a Dennys.
The wine was excellent and well priced though.
Always a go-to when we are visiting Temecula. Great wines, good choice of food, and ambiance outside is perfect.
Was wonderful to sit outside and enjoy the afternoon with good food and wine.
It’s a beautiful setting, dining outdoors is comfy with the heaters. Server was very nice but green. Nervous and awkward. There is an expectation of dining- greet, beverage, app, dinner with timing that makes sense. None of that happened- too long a wait to order, check back too soon and then another long absence...
Food is over the top too much- wonderful bread, horrible green dip, flavored butter would’ve been great. Fish special was too much Cajun, too much Sauce and veggies dripping in oil and covered with the sauce and polenta. There’s a reason for On the side requests- use it! They did accommodate our special needs meal and it was probably the best thing on the table- it was plain.
Too much can be bad, like a strippers make up on Broadway.
The food is wonderful and the wine is just as good. Highly recommended!
Poor ambience crew cleaning and shutting down what little ambiance they had down as soon as we sat no music they could at least had soft music playing .quiet and awkward . Fridge broken resulted in warm wine . Our server made it tolerable.
I selected The Restaurant at Ponte for our dinner because I wanted a location that was beautiful in addition to having a well thought menu. The staff clearly worked as a team and I can say the service was flawless. Every Covid precaution was clearly taken without being tacky (as I’ve seen in some places). The food... we were all wowed by what we selected. The scallops, the butternut ravioli, the steaks... truly delicious. Desserts were shared so we got a variety including a chocolate soufflé that was out of this world. The wines were perfectly paired ( I asked for chef recommendations). A couple of us had never been to Temecula Wine Country. They were shocked by the quality and variety of wine and throughly enjoyed the foodie experience.
Great atmosphere, good food & service. I've been once before while visiting & came back! So I'd definitely be back & recommend to others.
We gave ourselves an hour and a half to eat at the restaurant before our wine tasting reservation. We were a little bit late, about 10 minutes. We were seated right away, the lateness wasn’t a problem. We ordered a charcuterie board, a cup of soup to split, and a salad for each of us. As well as a couple of glasses of wine. Nothing that takes long to make at all. It took them 20 minutes to bring out our wine. And then an hour before we even received our soup. We ended up having to cancel the rest of our order so that we wouldn’t miss our wine tasting reservation. Completely unacceptable. I’ve worked in kitchens before and know that the soup is always already made, so all they had to do was scoop it into a bowl. Completely ridiculous.
Such a great lunch spot on a nice day! They never disappoint
Always amazing food and service
The salad and meal were excellent! I had to remind three different people I was a member to get our free item. As we’re taking food home the waiter was nice enough to give us ice packs and a bag to take them with us! Overall we had a great afternoon at Ponte!
The food is always good at Ponte. Today our service was what made the meal outstanding. Susie was great.
Foods are amazing and gorgeous views. The server was excellent.
Great experience. The food and the service was amazing.
The restaurant is in a lovely garden patio setting outside, fresh air, lots of beautiful flowers and plants. The food is superb and service is excellent. We recommend this highly.
A beautiful winery great food and the setting is stunning!
I understand that Covid makes it difficult to meet the demands of
We love the restaurant at Ponte Inn! I do wish they'd bring the risotto back! The chef came out and spoke to us about our food, specifically the steak my husband ordered. It was so kind of him. We highly recommend the restaurant. I have never had a bad meal there.
I would never return because of the price and poor quality of the food. $40 for only 4 scallops served with a tiny amount of cauliflower and broccoli that was poorly prepared. The scallops were served cold and I sent it back and it wasn't much better on the second go-round. Was told the corking charge was $12 and they charged us $20.
The wine and food were absolutely fantastic!! I appreciated how sturdy and warm the outdoor cover was even during the rain. I definitely plan on returning, and perfect for any occasion.
Caesar salad below average. Brussels were very good. Ravioli tasted pre-pacakaged. Enjoyed mushrooms. Scallops are good but cold. Not too flavorful
This is a beautiful and serene winery! Don’t miss the beverino, it’s the white wine drinkers, red wine.
