   There were 3 of us for dinner in the back garden area. Dinner and service were exceptional. Linda our server was the best. She was really on top of her game. She took our orders and made sure she did not rush us thru our dinner. We had each ordered a drink first which came after a minute or two, this gave us plenty of time to look over the menu. We ordered the black bean soup., house salad and salad with goat cheese. All very good. The menu variety was perfect. One of us ordered the ahi tuna which looked so good and he said it was really very very tasty. ( I will have to keep that in mind next time). Mind you these are all good size portions also. My other friend had the Portobello stack that took up most of the plate and it looked so good I even had to have a taste of it..delicious. I ordered the duck which is my very favorite and I look forward to going there for this. Nice and crispy deboned and the best glaze on top along with the fresh vegetables of the day and mashed potatoes. It was a beautiful evening out in the garden and the live music that was being played was not too loud and just very enjoyable. The eclectic furnishings just add to a very relaxed atmosphere. The tables are not too tight together so they make it very comfortable. Although we chose to sit outside the inside of the restaurant is also very nice. We then topped off our dinner with desserts. The dessert menu only has four or five things on it but each one was better than the other. All of their desserts are made in house. I cannot express enough how The Real Macaw has become one of my favorite restaurants! I would highly recommend if you are in Naples to put this on the top of your list. Thank you again Linda for making our dinner so exceptional. We will be back.

   Don't be fooled by what the outside of the building looks like. You have to come in and see the outside seating area, the bar area, and the indoor seating rooms. What a diamond in the rough. Great service, cocktails, food, and atmosphere. Always a must go to when in the Naples area.

   I took friends who had never dined here. All dinners were excellent—- the duck, shrimp scampi, portobello tower and the salmon. The French onion soup and the goat cheese salad also delicious. Our server whose name I can’t recall sorry— she was from Romania— was very pleasant and informative. We will all definitely return.

   Great Ambience. Great having music. Barstender great. Cool bar area. Resevation at 7pm. Seated at 730. Server was very sweet but frazzled. App ordered and forgotten. Table of six. Food rating was 3 stars to 4 stars around the table.

   The hostess was not very nice. Snippy to be exact. Was very uncalled for, I only asked weather I had made my request for inside. She cut me off, and said “ You ARE inside,” Next, our waitress rushed us with a drink order, and came back 3 times for our order within 5 minutes,saying she was going to get busy. It was 5:30, and it wasn’t busy. The tenderloin was perfect, but the carrot (one) was hard as a rock as were the green beans.

   A bit off the beaten track, but worth the effort to go there. Caribbean based menu. Plenty of options. Service was stellar. Prices reasonable for around here.
