   Sat at the bar before dinner. Bartender and bar visitors were so friendly. Went to dinner inside the restaurant and our server and food was excellent. Server introduced us to staff who lived close by the area we grew up. Definitely recommend The Real McCaw. Will be back all summer when the snowbirds are gone.

   What a terrific, tucked away, GEM! JR makes great drinks, the food so Friggen flavorful!! And loved the live music and total vibe. I’ll be back!

   Amazing evening. I love this restaurant. The food was great. The shrimp scampi and the Onion Soup. Awesome.

   A delightful Mother’s Day Brunch in my favorite tropical setting. The food and ambiance were wonderful as always. Parking was difficult as all spaces on both sides were taken. I parked in someone’s deserted driveway across the street. Got fussed at afterwards by some guy who said his aunt lived there.

   It was loud. The shrimp, in the scampi, were small and over cooked. The corn bread they served was dry and tasteless. It was very disappointing.

   Had a great time watching the Kentucky Derby. Food was great as always, and everybody you come in contact with including employees and patrons always seem to be happy that you’re there. would like to have more bread with dinner while you’re waiting. Because it’s so good it’s hard just to eat one.

   There were 3 of us for dinner in the back garden area. Dinner and service were exceptional. Linda our server was the best. She was really on top of her game. She took our orders and made sure she did not rush us thru our dinner. We had each ordered a drink first which came after a minute or two, this gave us plenty of time to look over the menu. We ordered the black bean soup., house salad and salad with goat cheese. All very good. The menu variety was perfect. One of us ordered the ahi tuna which looked so good and he said it was really very very tasty. ( I will have to keep that in mind next time). Mind you these are all good size portions also. My other friend had the Portobello stack that took up most of the plate and it looked so good I even had to have a taste of it..delicious. I ordered the duck which is my very favorite and I look forward to going there for this. Nice and crispy deboned and the best glaze on top along with the fresh vegetables of the day and mashed potatoes. It was a beautiful evening out in the garden and the live music that was being played was not too loud and just very enjoyable. The eclectic furnishings just add to a very relaxed atmosphere. The tables are not too tight together so they make it very comfortable. Although we chose to sit outside the inside of the restaurant is also very nice. We then topped off our dinner with desserts. The dessert menu only has four or five things on it but each one was better than the other. All of their desserts are made in house. I cannot express enough how The Real Macaw has become one of my favorite restaurants! I would highly recommend if you are in Naples to put this on the top of your list. Thank you again Linda for making our dinner so exceptional. We will be back.

   Don't be fooled by what the outside of the building looks like. You have to come in and see the outside seating area, the bar area, and the indoor seating rooms. What a diamond in the rough. Great service, cocktails, food, and atmosphere. Always a must go to when in the Naples area.
