    WOW is all I can say. The food is great and drinks are really good. My family is made up of vegans, gluten free and vegetarian and they have it all. The food is so good but Miranda our FAVORITE server is the VERY BEST.

    We love going to The Rabbit Hole because it is one of the few upscale places that has vegan dishes. It is hard to get a reservation at a decent time - we scheduled our reservation 4 weeks in advance to make sure we had a reservation for our wedding anniversary. The current vegan appetizers and entrees were great! We were disappointed to learn that there were no vegan desserts. The food is a little pricey - each entree was $24. The usually nice upscale ambience was offset by the noise level of the dining area where we were seated. We were unable to carry on a conversation without raised voices. The initial service was good however it took an extraordinarily long time from finishing our entrees to seeing the server again. In conclusion, good vegan food but pricey, average service and noisier than our previous visits.

    Everything was amazing! We ordered the Bison Lettuce Wraps and Wild Game Chillie, out of this world!! The drinks are fun and the decor was spirited and set the mood . Highly recommend if your coming through Colorado Springs for sure!!

    This has been our “go to” restaurant to take visiting friends and family, but we will not be back. The quality of the food was not good—and not comparable with our past experiences. My filet was fine, but the vegetables were soggy and not to temp. My wife’s rabbit meatloaf was not to temp and did not have enough sauce. We also had roasted Brussels sprouts as an appetizer (my favorite) but on this night they were soggy—not roasted and not special. I was embarrassed—as I talked up the restaurant to our guests and was excited to share the experience and food. We will not be back.

    The quality of the food was great. The service was good and we had a nice time for my daughter's birthday. The only reason I didn't give it a full 5 stars was because of the extreme cool temperature in the restaurant. It made it difficult to relax and enjoy our meal. We ordered the chicken cordon bleu which was pretty good, the ribeye which was a little tougher than expected and the salmon which was served on an amazing bed of rice. The Brussels sprout usually have an amazing char and served with a balsamic sauce, this time they were not as good, different recipe with not much flavor and no char. We would probably return occasionally just for the ambiance.

    ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We visited Colorado Springs for the weekend and made Saturday night dinner reservations at The Rabbit Hole and it most definitely lives up to the hype! The atmosphere was unique and unforgettable, the service was top-tier, and every dish we ordered was creative and delicious. A perfect blend of vibe and flavor. Highly recommend for a memorable night out!

    A different sort of casual upscale for a special night out. Ambience is pretty neat but can be very noisy near the bar, but not so much that you find yourself shouting or unable to have a conversation. The bar is excellent and the waitstaff (Rachel in our case) is absolutely friendly and attentive without being intrusive. We started with the crispy risotto cakes which were very tasty and we’d recommend trying. For the main course, I had the Bison short ribs which were fork tender and delicious. The portion could have been a bit larger but on the other hand allowed for the outstanding moon pie dessert my wife and I shared later. My wife had the Tofu Hash which was a huge dish that I ended up helping her finish which was wonderful with its mix of vegetables, tofu and its sauce. Definitely a place we’ll be back to.

    Delicious meal with excellent service. We were a two top in the main dining room, which was pretty loud either larger tables. Very unique place underground.

    This place is good if you’ve never actually had good food I guess? The food was flavorless, I thought it might just be my duck but my husbands steak was also completely flavorless, it almost as if the chef forgot to add any salt or anything that would possibly bring out the flavor in any of the food - so weird. The ribs as an appetizer were good though, they should just make one of those an entree. Also, don’t expect to bring your child here in a highchair. We specified that we would have a child in a highchair so I’m not sure why the hostess sat us at a raised booth where the highchair came only up about halfway and was essentially straight in the walkway of a dark restaurant. Service was fine, nothing too notable - all of the blogs and post say to come here but it’s mid at best.
