    My date and I were more than impressed with the atmosphere, kindness of the staff, and the 10/10 drinks and food. Highly recommend the surf and turf, or the duck confit. 100/10 will be returning

    We've been looking forward to The Rabbit Hole for a long time and finally brought my fiance here for an early birthday dinner on Saturday. Did not disappoint! The meat and cheese board and the risotto cakes were amazing! The serving size of both were more than plenty for 2 people! We were so full after these dishes we couldn't order dinner! We saved enough room to share the carrot cake which was amazing! Along with a great dinner, the drinks(peach Mojito, the Bitter Queen, and a White Rabbit with a flaming marshmallow on top) made this birthday dinner one to remember. We were served by several people and sadly, we don't remember their names but you certainly will be tended to in fine fashion! We are excited to return to try dinner and some of their other drinks! 10/10!

    Our experience was okay. The food was amazing, no complaints! The server didn’t explain the specials of the day or the desserts but she did to the table next to us and they got seated after us. She didn’t check in much on us, just sort of seemed like she didn’t care much but she checked in on the tables around us a ton! Sort of upsetting but the food and ambience made up for it.

    The Rabbit Hole was a overall amazing experience the atmosphere is absolutely to die for super comfy and immersive, definitely dress light cause it can get very hot due to it being underground and don’t even think about walking in their without reservation. The staff was super helpful and super nice, a must go restaurant if your in the area!

    This was a very nice experience, our waitress Rachel was excellent. She anticipated and we didn’t have to ask for anything, she knew the menu and had great suggestions. The ambiance was fantastic, the food was excellent. We really enjoyed it and would come again.

    The food was amazing and the drinks were delicious my only upset with this place is having a reservation and having to wait 45 minutes after the reservation time in the middle of everyone’s walking path to be seated when other parties with times later than ours and the same party size were sat before us.

    Neat restaurant! Food was subpar on our visit. My steak came out rare, ordered medium. The gentleman next to us order his steak the same way and his was also rare. He sent his back to be cooked more and the steak didn't return for at least a half hour. It came back beef jerky. My wife's food also had to be sent back, but she wasn't interested in trying something else. The mashed potatoes and asparagus were good! I think they had the B-team working when we went.

    The ambiance in this restaurant is great. Very fun. But the food leaves a lot to be desired. The seafood pasta was a large bowl of cavatappi with a few shrimp and scallops mixed in. It was uninspiring to say the least. The chicken cordon blue looked like it was bought at Costco and simply heated up. The mashed potatoes were dry. Don’t go here for the food but it is a fun place to grab a drink before going someplace else for dinner.

    I have heard over and over that it is a great place with wonderful food. Not at all our experience unfortunately. I took my mom there for a special meal together just the 2 of us; I ordered filet mignon amd she ordered seafood pasta. My cut of meat was most certainly not filet mignon at all...I have had filet mignon many times and it cuts like butter and melts in your mouth. This was tough to cut and very thin; then my mom's meal was suppose to have pasta with crab, shrimp and scallops. Although it was a large bowl of pasta we could only find 2 very large shrimp and nothing else. She was so disappointed that she sent back the dish and asked for ribeye steak meal. Asked for medium cook, it came almost rare...super tough meat and tons of fat! The waiter was nice about everything but not overly kind or understanding or at least that was how it felt. Each meal was appox $50 and totally not worth it...unfortunately I have no desire to go back. Maybe a bad day with bad cuts of meat that was ordered by the kitchen, not sure. : (

    The Rabbit Hole was an interesting place to have cocktails and appetizers. I had The White Rabbit cocktail which was able to be made with almond milk rather than cream. The drink was topped with a fun flaming marshmallow and it was a very yummy drink! My husband had The “T” Party which tasted pretty much like a good margarita. He tasted my drink and had wished he had ordered one too. We shared the Arancini which was excellent. Erica was our very helpful and attentive waitress and she helped make our Rabbit Hole experience memorable. The hostess was also very friendly!

    Brought a friend for the first time and I informed the server, but no introduction to the menu whatsoever (when asked for iced tea and offered fruit juices no breakdown of what was available or that there even was a mock tail menu). The order wasn’t adjusted to accommodate a bit more topping. Other than that wine good selection and fabulous interior and vibe

    My husband took me here for my birthday and it was amazing! Everything from the ambience to the service to the food was just on point and it’s a super fun atmosphere, and we met some really nice couples. Our waitress was amazing and the food was amazing. If you go, you must try the sticky ribs you will not regret.

    Great food and service! We had three people at our table. I had a filet mignon. My husband had the duck confit, and our friend had the rabbit meatloaf. All of us were very impressed.

    Although on the more than average price side, the food was delicious and the cocktails are wonderful. The ambience is calm, with decorative walls & paintings that go with the rabbit hole theme. Lighting is toward the dark end but enhances the atmosphere. It was an enjoyable dining experience.

    Very disappointed. We were on vacation and celebrating our daughter’s 25 birthday. We were sat at a half bar table instead of upstairs w linens and a more upscale ambience. My daughter ordered a med well filet and it was cooked med to rare. By the time it was cooked correctly, the rest of the table was finished eating. Rest of the food was ok but nothing special. They did not even mention that it was a bday celebration even though it was on our Open Table reservation. The restaurant is a cool idea and the ambiance is good but it wasn’t exactly what we were hoping for while in town celebrating.

    The music was close to heavy metal? Too loud, we complained about it but no one changed it. Unclear what they are thinking? Older crowd with music that wasn't appropriate, and way too loud.

    I made a reservation several weeks before our visit to the Rabbit Hole because it was a special occasion. We were celebrating a birthday and had read this was a great place for the occasion. We noted it on the reservation but it was never acknowledged during our dining event. Also, after being seated and immediately realizing the high top table was uncomfortable for our guest, we asked to be seated in a nearby booth that was empty. We were told that we were a large party (four people?) and that large parties were seated at high top tables. I pointed out that the booth was set for four but to no avail. We stayed at the high top, the food was great but we left immediately after eating. They definitely could have done better with the seating and birthday acknowledgement but luckily the food made up for some of that.

    Crowed venue with no waiting lobby. We just had to stand around awkwardly and wait for our table. Food was good but overpriced. Service was okay but nothing you'd expect from a high class restaurant.

    I had a first date that was probably the best first date I have ever had because of the entire experience at The Rabbit Hole. Beautiful art, perfect table, amazing service, food was super delicious, cocktails were great, no room for improvement. Definitely will be back and would recommend to anyone!

    Server never refilled water. I wanted to order a second drink but never got the opportunity since the server did not visit until we were ready to leave. For a $35 tip, water should be refilled. I would go again for a drink and dessert but not a full meal.

    Service was great, food was delicious, and environment was neat. The food did sunset my stomach and the our booth was under speakers that was playing music a little too loud for a restaurant setting; overall experience was good. It was after we got home that things went bad for me (stomach).

    SUPER cool venue serving delicious, well-prepared, creative food. Service was excellent and we appreciated the knowledgable assistance we were provided as we made our choices. The portions are generous bordering on huge. I had the duck, which turned out to be an entire half of a whole duck, plus accompaniments...enough for dinner that night and two lunches. Not complaining per se...but if you were one of those people who get put off by an over-filled plate, it might be a challenge. That aside, we had a great time and would happily return.

    I've been to Rabbit Hole twice, and loved absolutely everything about it both times. The food is delicious, the drinks are to die for, and the staff is great too. Will definitely be returning again (and again, and again...). Probably my favorite restaurant in CO Springs.
