The Rabbit Hole Ratings and Reviews
This was a special event for 2 and we were seated at a booth that seats 6 next to another large group with children that yelled and screamed the whole time. I ordered the scallops which were gritty and overcooked. Risotto was flavorless and mushy. Balsamic glaze did not go with dish at all. My husband had a burger which was ok but not much flavor to the meat. I also orderes the butternut squash soup which would have been great had it not been so spicy. Drinks were good. Overall it was disappointing especially since we drove an hour and a half to get there.
Outstanding service! Outstanding food! We really enjoyed our first time at The Rabbit Hole. The service was top-notch and we were given great recommendations on drinks and food. We were seated in the room away from the bar so the ambiance was not the same as the other room and I will ensure we are seated in the bar room next time we go with a reservation.
Valentines Day 2018 will never be forgotten, not when we had a romantic evening at the Rabbit Hole. The drinks & food were spectacular. Service was quick and out server was so pleasant, loved her. Recommended to all my coworkers who will be making a reservation soon.
Highly recommend the "White Rabbit" martini...my new favorite cocktail.
Love this little underground gem. The drinks were so creative and absolutely delicious. We ordered food as well: salad was amazing, with yummy dressing options, I am told by my date that his all bacon burger and waffle fries were delicious. My fried chicken was weird. The outside ( fried) but was so hard, and almost over fried. The chicken within was good. The green beans were yum.
One of the women in our party dropped her phone behind the banquette. Our bus person tried everything he could to retrieve the phone, which was wedged behind a banquette that was bolted to the floor. Later in the evening, he was able to get to the phone and return it to its owner. His efforts were GREATLY appreciated, he went well above and beyond. :)
The service was really good and the ambiance is great. I ordered the Seafood Angel Hair Pasta and it was not quite as described. There was such a strong bacon flavor I couldn't taste anything else. Bacon wasn't even listed as an ingredient. My husband order the Bacon Wrapped Prawns and he thought they were really good.
The restaurant is cute in the lower level with a sidewalk (subway like) entrance. It has comfortable booths, hi tops, & tables. Our service was fine and the cocktails good, food average but overall nothing unique or special.Next time in CS we might return but probably not.
We had a great dining experience, server was knowledgeable b/c are other guest & had a couple of food allergies. Server ( pretty short hair blonde) truly sorry I forgot her name .
But she did make sure that what she ordered was totally ok for her to consume.
Food & service was OUTSTANDING!!
Vegan mushroom appetizer was excellent & the herbed salmon was delicious.
The only thing my husband suggested that the Rabbit /hare pot pie had mushrooms & peas a little bit more seasoning. Other than that it was exceptional dining experience!
Honestly, not impressed, I wanted to like it, but the table we were seated at was still dirty, the food was decent, the drinks were good, but they both didn't reflect the prices they charged for them, in my opinion. Also, the music was a little too loud in spots. Overall, good. JUST, good.
The service was excellent, very friendly. The restaurant was decorated with amazing Alice in Wonderland themed artwork which was fun to look at. The food was absolutely delicious. We may have felt a little rushed as everything came out very quickly. In an out in about an hour. Could have sat there a little longer and enjoyed the atmosphere. Nothing to complain about though, as the food was just fantastic. I don’t know how it comes out so fast and so good!! Oh my God the mashed potatoes, so good!! Truffle cauliflower mac and cheese with lobster, seafood pasta dish, Brussels sprouts, all to die for!! Great “drink me” menu as well. We will be back. Definitely worth it!!
The food was ok. The pumpkin risotto was a lil too sweet. The braised buffalo was good. We felt rushed the entire time. Food came out super fast and the waitress was itching to get us out of there. We were looking for a relaxed experience with time to have a bottle of wine and just chill so we were a little let down. Based on the raving reviews we expected better.
