We believe in an eclectic yet approachable love for food. Our chefs draw from foundations in classic French and Italian cuisine, finding inspiration in seasonal and local ingredients that offer a modern twist to each dish. Our ever-changing menus reflect the efforts of our collaboration with unique purveyors, local farmers, and artisan producers. Join us for an elevated, unpretentious dining experience.


Our patio is now open! Reserve online by selecting "outdoor" option or give us a call at 303-297-1215 and we will do our best to accommodate the request. Our outside tables can seat a MAXIMUM party size of 4 only.

    Most everything was sooo good. I would steer away from the mushroom starter. On the main the chicken was the best I’ve had anywhere.

    We had a fantastic night at the Plimoth last night where the food was absolutely delicious. The staff was warm and welcoming from the moment when we walked in, paying close attention to detail. My husband and I will return to the Plimoth whenever possible.

    Sarah,our server, was superb. She was very attentive to our needs. The appetizer we ordered was really tasty. My wife ordered the Alaskan salmon that was outstanding. I was really disappointed with the pork chop I ordered. I felt it was overcooked and dry. I returned the dish and the server offered to have a new pork chop cooked for me. I declined. It was interesting that when I have had issues with an entree at another restaurant, a member of the chef’s staff would come by our table to ask how they could make it right. The only interaction was with the server. At $52 for the pork chop, I expected a nice moist, tender chop. I can’t say I will return to Plimoth. Too many good restaurants in Denver. Thanks

    Tasty drinks. Nice ambiance, cute neighborhood spot. Menu rotates daily based on local availability of ingredients. We missed the dish we came to try, but everything we had was fresh and good!

    I don't regularly write reviews...but Plimoth deserves more recognition! Second time dining there. Every bite and sip was fabulous and only left me wanting more. Great cocktails, food, AND service! I will keep coming back and will keep recommending Plimoth to my family and friends. Thank you for a wonderful evening. 🥰
