WE LOVE FOOD

We believe in an eclectic yet approachable love for food. Our chefs draw from foundations in classic French and Italian cuisine, finding inspiration in seasonal and local ingredients that offer a modern twist to each dish. Our ever-changing menus reflect the efforts of our collaboration with unique purveyors, local farmers, and artisan producers. Join us for an elevated, unpretentious dining experience.


Our patio is now open! Reserve online by selecting "outdoor" option or give us a call at 303-297-1215 and we will do our best to accommodate the request. Our outside tables can seat a MAXIMUM party size of 4 only.

    Our server, Matt made our (and our 9 year old’s) night! He was perfectly attentive. Truly great at his craft, and an absolute asset to your already wonderful restaurant. Thanks a million!

    This place is consistently great. We've never had the same menu twice and always enjoyed the variety. Tuna entree with olives and artichoke was delicious. Everyone had two meals from their entree portions.

    Everything we ate was delicious. Beautiful, fresh, food exquisitely prepared. Service was better than excellent. The Plimouth is not to be missed.

    Nice meal in a low key and relaxing setting. Prices are considerably higher than when we last dined here with cocktails now $15-$17 and entrees up around $45-$50. And the food and service are great.
