The Pink Adobe restaurant stands proudly in the heart of Santa Fe's historic Barrio De Analco neighborhood, which is considered the oldest neighborhood in the US. Founded in 1944 by Rosalea Murphy, an artist and social connector, the restaurant takes its name from the rose-colored adobe plastering on the nearly 400-year-old hacienda that serves as its home. This iconic Santa Fe destination at the heart of the Old Santa Fe Trail has been known for its fun, vibrant atmosphere and outstanding cuisine. Some of the famous well-known dishes are still existing such as the Steak Dunnigan, French Onion Soup and Rosalea's French Apple Pie among with new and innovative creations from our Chef Mario de Leon.

We were seated at a table for two, at the entrance to the kitchen and bathrooms. Not a good choice and this table #302 should be removed! My chair was kicked no less than three times by waitstaff, with no apologies! The women serving the food was literally running in and out of the kitchen, bouncing the entire floor as she entered and exited the kitchen. Not a pleasant experience! I had the enchiladas, which were ok, but far superior at The Shed and at Harry’s Roadhouse! The margarita was ok, but much better at Harry’s Roadhouse. My wife had the beet salad, it was ok but far superior at Legal Tender. We may return just to experience the bar area. Pink Adobe would not be high on my list for dinning in Santa Fe.

The ambiance is fantastic and the music is on point. The food was decent and we really enjoyed the duck enchiladas. However, we asked for the steak we ordered to be cooked medium well and had to send it back 3 times for it to not be returned raw in the center. The zucchini fries were so awful with a taste of over salted Zatarans that we sent them back after one bite and they didn’t even remove them from the bill. We were especially disappointed in the dessert as the lava cake was just Hershey’s syrup and there was no tobacco infusion. The churros tasted as though they were purchased frozen from Costco. Thumbs down on the desserts.

Too many people crowded into the space indoors. So quite noisy. Only 1 out of the 3 tapas we had were good. Quite disappointing. Would not recommend.

We have been there many times and will return. Apple pie was below standards. Was my parents 61 wedding anniversary no mention of that or even an offer for a free dessert? Expected more from such a fine place. First review for me that hasn’t been 5 star but just being honest.

We enjoyed our experience at The Pink Patio. A lovely outdoor setting with excellent service. We had the generously sized shishito pepper appetizer - accompanied by a delicious smokey bbq sauce and a butter lemon sauce. The caesar salad was good if unremarkable. The duck with mole was quite good, although we were wishing for a bit more mole sauce. The margarita was tasty but small. A nice wines by the glass list. We will return.

Really fabulous out-of-the-ordinary food and cocktails, beautiful patio dining as well as indoor dining experience. Wonderful and curious wait staff. I highly recommend The Pink Adobe.

The onion soup did not have the cheese on the top as it has in the past. It was ho hum I always have had the shrimp Louisiane but this is completely new receipe although they called it a “classic”. Missed the old receipe and although this was good I won’t have it again. Menu was smaller - I hate change
