The Pink Adobe restaurant stands proudly in the heart of Santa Fe's historic Barrio De Analco neighborhood, which is considered the oldest neighborhood in the US. Founded in 1944 by Rosalea Murphy, an artist and social connector, the restaurant takes its name from the rose-colored adobe plastering on the nearly 400-year-old hacienda that serves as its home. This iconic Santa Fe destination at the heart of the Old Santa Fe Trail has been known for its fun, vibrant atmosphere and outstanding cuisine. Some of the famous well-known dishes are still existing such as the Steak Dunnigan, French Onion Soup and Rosalea's French Apple Pie among with new and innovative creations from our Executive Chef Andrew Fox.

For my birthday, my husband and I finally made it to Pink Adobe after living in Santa Fe for 5 years. We were not disappointed! Eating in the lovely old adobe house with its authentic Santa Fe ambiance was a treat, entering the Dragon Room Bar an experience, the patio is lovely, and the food was outstanding. I had the shrimp and grits, and a delicious tomato caprese salad. My husband had French onion soup (the best he ever tasted) and the Donovan steak entree.

The food would have been rated outstanding if not for the steak having to be sent back as undercooked. What came back was fine, but it was a different presentation with the meat - it was two thinner pieces vs. one thick filet. All else about my experience was great. The blue corn and piñon nut bread is wonderful, and the beet salad is one of the best I’ve ever had. The service was outstanding.

The food here is very unique. Absolutely delicious. Had their version barramundi which was grilled perfectly. Chicken enchiladas excellent. Drinks so so. Service not great. In a dining room with 3 tables occupied. Our waiter chose to focus on the table of 5. We had to chase him down to order drinks and dinner. Did the same thing to the table of 4 in the same room. Spent his time with the table of 5 offering specials that he did not explain to us at all. Not personable. His support staff was great. Probably will not return.

Pink Adobe is a delightful restaurant associated with the Inn Of Five Graces Relais and Chateau hotel. The restaurant is comfortable and delicious. The warm blue corn, cornbread set the tone (I appreciate a restaurant that cares about it's bread basket). The French onion soup was very good and the crab cake appetizer was one of the best crab cakes I have ever had. The enchiladas with the red and green "Christmas sauces" were great. Service was excellent.

An old locals favorite that still reigns supreme. We tried them all and this was easily the best food on our trip. I got the barramundi fish and my husband ate the duck enmoladas.

As always, the Pink Adobe doesn’t disappoint. Our waiter, Fernando, was quite busy but took care of us. Seating at rear patio wall was perfect. Food was delicious. This is a “must” restaurant in old Santa Fe.
