   Yet again, another exceptional experience. Reservation was on the books since February as I’m a seasonal ( reside in Chicago) and worth the wait. Service, food, company, experience all it … out of this world. Cannot wait for my next visit. Bravo to the staff and Chef(s)! Thank you for such an enjoyable evening.

   As always the best meal I have ever had! Eventho I always order the same, flavors never change! Presentation is impecable! And the service, Zack is an amazing waiter!

   An oasis in a fine dining desert. Fully stocked bar, fantastic wines by the bottle and glass. When you get to the food, make sure to have the focaccia. You’ll thank me later. Nosh on that while you try to decide what to have for dinner…I always say go with the specials here. It’s clearly where the chef is having some fun, and she knows how to play. As for the rest, seafood is handled properly here, never overcooked and always fresh, with bright sauces and thoughtful presentations. Beef quality is superior. To be honest, this is one of the last of a dying breed…exquisite food in a calm, low lit environment, with excellent service and an easy pace. Also happens to be vegetarian friendly. It’s not cheap, but an experience you’ll never regret.

   Seating was prompt, server was very good, and our meals were served at the appropriate time. Our beet and goat cheese stack appetizer was very good, my wife had the grouper special and was excellent. I ordered the Duck entrée which was bland and chewy. I would not order again. Our previous dining experience was about the same except my meal was great and my wife’s was so so.

   Great dinner for a special occasion or just if you want a really amazing dinner. Selection of starters and salads as well as main courses. We ended up with the Chefs specials for starters and main course and was not disappointed. Drinks were perfectly made. Amanda, our server, was attentive and provided great service.

   Always great food at The Perfect Caper! Last night was very busy and we had to wait for our table, we had a 7PM reservation and waited 20 minutes to be seated. We all had a great time! Food was delicious!

   On arrival on 4/25/25 at 2pm. the hostess stated that we should have called her from our cell phone on the way in to inform her that our party had changed from 4 to 3. It was obvious that it was not an issue since only two other tables were taken. The lunch menu was completely different and much abbreviated from what is on the website. We were looking forward to experiencing the Duck A Deux and Moroccan Spiced Lamb which neither were available on the lunch menu that day. The website should be updated. I was planning on coming back on Friday May 2nd with a group of people and we have changed our plans.

    I ordered the grouper special and was disappointed . For $49.00 the portion was very small. There was more potatoes than grouper.
