The food was great. Our waiter was excellent, but they have the wiaters on so many table you end up waiting awhile for your next course.
The food was great. There was nice ambient lighting in the room we dined in. The only drawback was that our waitress was a bit frazzled, so we went a whole meal without anything to drink. However, she recognized her mistake and handled the situation well, offering us an item off the menu for free to make up for the inconvenience.
First time at the Melting Pot, and what a wonderful experience for my daughter, a friend and I to have a birthday lunch at with great food in a very fun atmosphere!
It is my teenage granddaughters favorite place and we love the food
Lots of fun and good food. Really fun way to celebrate my sister’s birthday.
Great food, great food and we will be taking our kiddos back for dessert yum yum. Thank you.
When I made the reservation I said that it was for a birthday. I guess I thought something would be said, but nothing was ever said or done; very disappointing. The food was good, but I think overpriced.
Once again The Melting Pot hits it out of the park! This is my third time here and I've never had a bad experience. I recommend asking for Victor to be your server, he goes above and beyond. He brought me a birthday dessert (pictured). He cut the strawberry flower himself!
We were sat in a both where everyone walked by so it was rather distracting. There was also a group slamming their door next to us. Food was great.
I have visited several Melting Pots. This one, has very friendly staff. They will willing & pleasantly, answer any questions you have about the menu. ((Some Melting Pots take a VERY long time to have a 3 "course" meal- which is not their largest. Litterally, you have to plan at least 2 hours, to go eat & you end up sitting for a while in between stops from your waiter/waitress...)) This Melting Pot is right on point with making sure your meal is "flowing", & not 1/2 hour waits betwewn each course! This is the only one I have ever been in & out, in an hour. Great food & Great service.
This is the perfect place to impress that first date or take someone out for a special occasion. Not cheap, but worth the investment.
I haven’t had fondue since my Mom served it For dinner on special occasions 40+ years ago. This was a first for my wife and I to try fondue together, and we very much enjoyed the ambiance and service. We recommend The Melting Pot for a special occasion dinner or to meet friends and enjoy.
The food kept coming and our waiter was great. We had a private room due to our large group and it made our conversations better
There was trash and sunflower seeds under our table. Dirty, used napkins as well. Kudos to the staff for cleaning up the filth as soon as we saw it. They were out of key ingredients. Cocktails were slow to be filled. For $170, I would have expected better.
Melting Pot is always a good time. We had a new server, but she was supervised by someone who kept an eye on the few things that were temporarily overlooked. Overall every single server was fantastic and, as ever, the food was enjoyable and high quality.
One note - would have loved to bring a local wine with us. Happy to pay a bottle fee, too. But MP says no outside wine. :( Will let the mgr know and hope they expand their wine list!
My first time at Melting Pot and didn’t know what to expect. Reserving through Open Table was excellent and highly recommend it. However, The Melting Pot is not a place to go if your starving and want to eat right away. I didn’t like the fact that you had to cook your own food. It made it difficult as most the table ordered seafood and I’m allergic so they had to wait until all my food was cooked. The seasonings were on point and the dessert was great. But, $140 meal ticket for two people who have to cook their own food.. not worth the value. Wasn’t impressed
Great service, delicious menu! Perfect for a quiet night out of fun with friends.
While expensive, you get a great 4-course meal, experience and service. It's well worth the cost.
We go every year for our anniversary and it's been great so far (11 years).. This year we were seated in the casual dining area. Very dissatisfied in the seating. We could hear at least 3 other conversations from our table. We were dressed up and it felt like we were in the wrong restaurant. I guess we need to request different seating next time. That's if my wife wants to try it again... The server (Brent) was great and food was really good. Those two things helped make up for the poor atmosphere...
We had a reservation and even with that they seated 2 other tables first that just walked in, we were there about 5 minutes early and it wasn’t so busy that we shouldn’t he’s been seated at the time of our reservation. The individual who seat us offered a drink for kids (without seeing any price) which ended up being $5.95 each.... little pricey, I realize you pay for the ambiance, but a slight warning would hav been good, since he told the kids first prior to asking us as parents.
The melting pot never ceases to amaze. The atmosphere along with great service and quality of food makes for a fantastic evening.
The service, food, and drinks were delicious and well worth the price.
We came here to try chocolate camp for the kiddos. It was our first time here and we were also celebrating an anniversary. Overall, it was a great experience and my family was happy we tried it. My children and my husband enjoyed chocolate camp. It's not only for children, it's a chocolate haven.
Pricey, 9.40 for 2 cokes, that's easy too expensive for 2 cokes. REALLY
It was great! We really enjoyed our meal and evening.
My husband and I went to celebrate our 1 year wedding anniversary and absolutely loved it. It was a nice romantic setting. We sat in a booth and Our table had rose petals and a single rose set on our table to celebrate our anniversary. The waiter Victor was very nice and patient with us since it was our first time going there. He gave us great recommendations and all the staff was just as nice. Food was amazing! Would definitely recommend this place to all my family and friends. We will definitely be going back for future date nights.
Service was great! Too many bold spices on some of the meats. I really enjoyed the Teriyaki beef & My wife enjoyed the angus beef. We both loved the Flaming Turtle Desert.
a very truly amazing and memorable experience thank you all
Great service and food. James, the server, was awesome and very friendly. He was attentive and provided us the atmosphere that we come to expect from the Melting Pot. We felt lucky to have him.
I loved The Melting Pot! The experience was very unique, the food was excellent and we absolutely loved the staff.
Our server was awesome. The food was good. Staff went out of their way to make sure we were then care of.
The Melting Pot is a wonderful dining experience for quiet conversation and excellent food. I recommend the Melting Pot for enjoying your company as well as the food.
Our server was great and informative and fun. The whole experience was wonderful
Father’s Day dinner. The food was great and some of the new food items were wonderful to try. Multiple people asked about our experience and were willing to help take care of us.
This was our first time dining at The Melting Pot, and I have to say, we enjoyed it very much. The whole experience from beginning to end was very fun. The gentleman who waited on us, his name Victor, was very polite and friendly.
First time experience for my daughter. She had a blast and ate everything! She’s pescatarian and the seafood selections were good but the vegetable polpettes were the best!
Everything about the melting pot was amazing. Had an amazing server and the food was delicious
Seriously expensive, ridiculously slow even on a slow night, they got rid of my favorite salad choice (again), and skimped on the Cheese and chocolate.
The food was amazing but they wouldn't answer their phone after asking to call back. I called back 8 times after checking the number, all during business hours, no response. I had to drive down to make sure I had a table for my anniversary. If my wife didn't really want to I would have gone someplace else. As it is not sure if I would return.
Nate was exceptional ! Our food was delivered with good timing. He was knowledgable and polite. Best meal that I've had at this restaurant out of the last 4 times I've been here.
