Andre and Amanda (I think that was her name) were so amazing! Thanks to them, my family had an unforgettable night with excellent service and outstanding food.
We were there to celebrate our anniversary. Our waiter brought us an order of chocolate dipped strawberries on a plate with “Happy Anniversary” on it. He went above and beyond. As always, the food was spectacular. A fantastic place to celebrate any occasion!
This my first visit to Meltong pot. Very enjoyable! Great food. I was disappoint that I was unable to use the remainder of my $75 gift certificate for part of the waiters tip.
This is such a fun experience! They have many selections to choose from from the cheese fondue to the chocolate. The food was extremely fresh and tasty and Kirin our waiter made the evening even more enjoyable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
I'll never go again to waste my anniversary. Why would one drop a bill to cook urself?
Our server, Nate, was wonderful. Everything was great other than the restaurant closing early. We tried to order another drink but the bartender had left for the evening (at 8:30). The food and service were excellent though.
The food just isn't good enough to warrant the sky high prices.
The floor was sticky with each step. The wine display Windows were filthy only viable from dining table. Pointed it out to staff. Made me wonder about the cleanliness of food prep. Would only revisit if the cost was substantially less to reflect the cleanliness.
The atmosphere was great for an intimate date night. The server was knowledgeable and friendly. The prices were a little high bit not terrible for the 4 course experience you get.
I can’t believe I threw away $150 on such thing. Plus I had to cook my own meal?!?! Took then one hour to bring meal which by the way was 1”x 1” pieces of meat!! Two pieces meat, two salmon, two pork and two shrimp. It was awful! I can’t believe I fell for the hype. Worst experience ever, thank god for Mexican restaurants. We went strait to a taco shack and we had a better meal and experience. Forget fancy! What a rip off!
We enjoyed the evening very much, the food was great as well as the experience. We were asked at the desk and by our waiter if we were celebrating anything. I said my sons 48th birthday. However nothing was ever done not even to sing happy birthday. Why ask if you don’t bother to acknowledge it. Most restaurants will offer a free desert or something.. Other than that our waiter Victor was very nice and knowledgeable.
Food was amazing. The hatch green chile fondue was on point for flavor with just the right amount of spice.
It was a nice experience except we ordered the classic meal and later on we realized we're not served two meats. Addionally we ordered lobster and the menu said $10.85 but charged $16.95. we called to speak to manager but was told unavailable. Took our information to call back and never did.
Our server was new but he was great, his name is Nathan. The only issue we had was that we walked through something sticky on the floor and I had to go wash my shoes off in the bathroom. We also requested a more private table, they moved us and told us no one would be sitting behind us because the table was broken but seated someone behind us anyway. Overall though the experience was great.
Service was excellent, food was good except the filet was sub-par.
The food was great and the perfect proportions for us. Our server, Nathan, was outstanding.
We happened to have our dinner on a busy night for the Melting Pot, so it was much nosier than I am used to. This still was not an issue, just felt a little more energetic. The Melting Pot's typical environment is very dark lighting, romantic. The food was great I was a little disappointed, because our waiter almost seemed to forget about us. We do not drink, so it would be nice to have those long breaks if we were drinking. As non-drinkers we were left about half an hour without something to drink.
My husband and I celebrated our 9th wedding anniversary. It was so fun to indulge in delicious food. I have celiacs, and cannot have food that has touched gluten, our waiter knew everything on the menu that needed to be substituted to make it safe to eat. He was helpful but not overbearing. While we had all the help we needed, we also had plenty of privacy to enjoy our time alone.
The food was great. Our waiter was excellent, but they have the wiaters on so many table you end up waiting awhile for your next course.
The food was great. There was nice ambient lighting in the room we dined in. The only drawback was that our waitress was a bit frazzled, so we went a whole meal without anything to drink. However, she recognized her mistake and handled the situation well, offering us an item off the menu for free to make up for the inconvenience.
I've never had a bad experience at the Melting Pot. It's the perfect place for any special occasion. I'm without a doubt going to be back.
First time at the Melting Pot, and what a wonderful experience for my daughter, a friend and I to have a birthday lunch at with great food in a very fun atmosphere!
It is my teenage granddaughters favorite place and we love the food
Lots of fun and good food. Really fun way to celebrate my sister’s birthday.
Great food, great food and we will be taking our kiddos back for dessert yum yum. Thank you.
When I made the reservation I said that it was for a birthday. I guess I thought something would be said, but nothing was ever said or done; very disappointing. The food was good, but I think overpriced.
Once again The Melting Pot hits it out of the park! This is my third time here and I've never had a bad experience. I recommend asking for Victor to be your server, he goes above and beyond. He brought me a birthday dessert (pictured). He cut the strawberry flower himself!
We were sat in a both where everyone walked by so it was rather distracting. There was also a group slamming their door next to us. Food was great.
I have visited several Melting Pots. This one, has very friendly staff. They will willing & pleasantly, answer any questions you have about the menu. ((Some Melting Pots take a VERY long time to have a 3 "course" meal- which is not their largest. Litterally, you have to plan at least 2 hours, to go eat & you end up sitting for a while in between stops from your waiter/waitress...)) This Melting Pot is right on point with making sure your meal is "flowing", & not 1/2 hour waits betwewn each course! This is the only one I have ever been in & out, in an hour. Great food & Great service.
This is the perfect place to impress that first date or take someone out for a special occasion. Not cheap, but worth the investment.
I haven’t had fondue since my Mom served it For dinner on special occasions 40+ years ago. This was a first for my wife and I to try fondue together, and we very much enjoyed the ambiance and service. We recommend The Melting Pot for a special occasion dinner or to meet friends and enjoy.
The food kept coming and our waiter was great. We had a private room due to our large group and it made our conversations better
There was trash and sunflower seeds under our table. Dirty, used napkins as well. Kudos to the staff for cleaning up the filth as soon as we saw it. They were out of key ingredients. Cocktails were slow to be filled. For $170, I would have expected better.
Melting Pot is always a good time. We had a new server, but she was supervised by someone who kept an eye on the few things that were temporarily overlooked. Overall every single server was fantastic and, as ever, the food was enjoyable and high quality.
One note - would have loved to bring a local wine with us. Happy to pay a bottle fee, too. But MP says no outside wine. :( Will let the mgr know and hope they expand their wine list!
My first time at Melting Pot and didn’t know what to expect. Reserving through Open Table was excellent and highly recommend it. However, The Melting Pot is not a place to go if your starving and want to eat right away. I didn’t like the fact that you had to cook your own food. It made it difficult as most the table ordered seafood and I’m allergic so they had to wait until all my food was cooked. The seasonings were on point and the dessert was great. But, $140 meal ticket for two people who have to cook their own food.. not worth the value. Wasn’t impressed
Great service, delicious menu! Perfect for a quiet night out of fun with friends.
While expensive, you get a great 4-course meal, experience and service. It's well worth the cost.
We go every year for our anniversary and it's been great so far (11 years).. This year we were seated in the casual dining area. Very dissatisfied in the seating. We could hear at least 3 other conversations from our table. We were dressed up and it felt like we were in the wrong restaurant. I guess we need to request different seating next time. That's if my wife wants to try it again... The server (Brent) was great and food was really good. Those two things helped make up for the poor atmosphere...
We had a reservation and even with that they seated 2 other tables first that just walked in, we were there about 5 minutes early and it wasn’t so busy that we shouldn’t he’s been seated at the time of our reservation. The individual who seat us offered a drink for kids (without seeing any price) which ended up being $5.95 each.... little pricey, I realize you pay for the ambiance, but a slight warning would hav been good, since he told the kids first prior to asking us as parents.
The melting pot never ceases to amaze. The atmosphere along with great service and quality of food makes for a fantastic evening.
