The Mayfair Chippy is a quintessentially British restaurant with an emphasis on great fish dishes, serving only the freshest produce to the highest standards.
Fish & Chips is the specialty, but we also serve traditional classic British dishes such as our famous Shepherd’s Pie. To complement the fabulous food, we also offer a selection of world wines and retro cocktails.
Located in the heart of Mayfair our independent restaurant boasts 1 AA Rosette, we are also proud to appear in the Michelin Guide 2016.
We are open 7 days a week for Lunch and Dinner.

Every time we visit London, we make sure to get a reservation at this bustling, quintessential gem! There’s always a queue here and once you try the food, you’ll understand why! The service is friendly, Stelica and Michael did a wonderful job recommending & serving us craft G & Ts, local beer, and even English reserve sparkling wine accompanying our crispy oyster mushrooms with a black garlic truffle aoli and classic cod fish & chips with all the accoutrements, accented with flaky sea salt. What a memorable meal and wonderful experience! Many thanks to Stellica, Michael, and the whole team!

The food was great. Service was excellent knowing that it’s the first time we were there. They are patient in explaining the different dishes. The table a little too small for the food we ordered.

Fabulous fish and chips experience. Food and service were fab. Options and sides were delicious. Perfect British fish and chips experience. Highly recommend. Easy to book online on OpenTable.

Great food and service. First time visit and my only observation is that I wouldn’t go for a business meeting- tables way too close together to have any sort of private conversation. That said, the fish and chips really was good!
