Experience the ambiance of the Victorian Old West as we serve you an array of eclectic culinary specialties.

When preparing the Mahogany Grille menu, our award-winning staff gives special focus to farm-fresh recipes that represent new styles with old west flavors. We hand-cut our steaks in our butcher shop, carefully select our foods, and incorporate products by local growers when available creating a mosaic of tastes and textures.

We take pride in being well-versed in fine wine and spirits. Complimented with our aromatic food, our wines and spirits make quite a delicious impression.

I really enjoyed my ribeye with blue cheese sauce. My husband’s bison was really tough—not recommended. We’ve had better wedge salads but appreciated the chilled bowl. Nice wine list. Service was friendly but spotty.

REALLY enjoyed our dinner here. The hostess and Kenya our waitress couldn’t have been nicer and the food was OUTSTANDING!! The setting is spectacular and full of history and artifacts. Highly recommend this place if you are in Durango.

My spouse and I were looking forward to an upper scale meal. Our server was adequate. The restaurant was not busy. She spent most of her time with a table of her friends. The bison I had was to be cooked medium. The outside of the meat was burned. It was tough. My wife ordered the elk tenderloin. It was just ok not really tasteful. The restaurant was overpriced for the food that was being served.

The Elk Tenderloin was superb. Cooked perfectly, tender and full of flavor. Loved the Chestnut Puree that accompanied it (though needed more of it!). Preceded by a Farmers Market salad that was also excellent. If fortunate enough to be in town again, I would definitely return.

Daniel was an amazing attentive server. The food was superb. We had the adult candy and it did not disappoint at all. I had the Hubert and it was cooked to perfection. Melted in my mouth. Jerk carrots and potatoes were stars on their own. My spouse had the ribeye and vegetables. He ate every bite. We were hoping to try dessert but had no room left! Would go again when we are in Durango.

My wife and I shared a cup of soup, a wedge salad and a rib eye steak. Everything was prepared to our required temperature . Our server Kina was superb and paced the meal so we never felt rushed . The wine was also very good.

I had the Ribeye, my beauiful date had the scallops. We started off with what is called Adult Candy. It was delicious. Nice home made rolls and then the steak for me and the seafood for her. The scallops were done perfectly and so was the steak. Service was impeccible. I don't get out very often, but when I do, I love a well cooked meal. I sent my compliments to chef, and would tell anyone eating there is well worth the money.
