The Izakaya does not allow open table reservations. I was still seated there on Valentine’s Day but the app should not list the restaurant. Call directly if you want to make reservations. That aside the dragon roll is amazing and the ramen is tasty and affordable especially for a sit down restaurant. The ambiance leaves something to be desired but I would definitely go back on a less crowded day for dinner again.

I had made the reservation through this app. When we showed up at the restaurant 10 minutes before our reserved time they would not honor the reservation, claiming they don’t use open table anymore. We had to wait with everyone else. If it hadn’t been Valentine’s Day and all other restaurants would be packed, we would have gone somewhere else.

We have been to Izakaya before and enjoyed the food but they actually don't accept reservations on Open Table so we were disappointed to be turned away last time after booking on here.

Right off the bat, I thought it was going to be bad experience for us because I had reserved a 5:30 PM slot for a party of 4. We got there at 5:30 PM & informed one of the servers that we have an OpenTable reservation for 4 at 5:30. The lady said they only have a 6:00 & 6:30 reservation through OpenTable. So, I don’t know who dropped the ball, if it was the restaurant or OpenTable. OpenTable even sent me a text to confirm my 5:30 reservation, which I did confirm. Anyway, we kind of lucked out that there were still available tables & the restaurant accommodated us, despite them saying that they didn’t have our reservation. The food was quite delicious & serving portions were very good. However, I think the servers should look more pleasant/enthusiastic when serving their guests. But, then again, maybe it was because they were thinking I had a bogus reservation & that we’re kind of taking up space...I dunno. I’ve been using OpenTable for a few years now, but now I’m beginning to think why I should be using it if it’ll only give me an experience like this?

We really like the food. Very good and good prices The service was fair. The waitresses seemed overwhelmed. We had reservations for 5:30 but didn't get seated until about 5:50 even though there were empty tables. The waitresses were so busy they didn't have enough time to set one up right away. We did finally get a booth for the four of us and that was good.

This has been my favorite place since it opened, I tried other ramen places but I always come back ! Love the ramen and the friendly staff keep up the good work !!!
