Beautiful and comfortable restaurant for breakfast. We look forward to visiting again
This was our first visit, an evening meal. we booked for 7.0pm because a later booking was not available. This turned out to be an avantage as we approached 9.0pm as the noise level increased considerably. I would book for that time again.
Both the service and the food were excellent.
It was great
Very good food
Excellent food and service, and very understanding that we were a little late
This is perhaps the only place in the neighbourhood that has a decent food and great ambience , sadly the receptionists are rude and the service is a hit and miss.
Until they employ qualified and trained staff in hospitality who know how to deliver experience to their customers they will continue failing their customers.
Enchanting and comfortable. Unforgettable experience!
Had a birthday brunch there. The food was served quickly and it was very delicious. Very picturesque interior with different sections. Depending on the weather, you can sit outside or inside and enjoy a quiet conversation.
Love ivy superb environment and super elegant very much recommended
Had a lovely early dinner, amazing cocktails and delicious food. Staff attentive and friendly :)
Service is good but slow. The brunch aren't as good as breakfast. Still cannot sit by the window
The tables were very close together causing chaos trying to get in and out of your seat to go toilet or when leaving . Great food and friendly service .
We had a nice table in the Conservatory as requested. Very good service and ambiance for a Sunday morning brunch. Have been several times for brunch and would recommend it. Ask to sit in the Conservatory if you want a quieter area surrounded by lovley plants.
Classy and always great service
Keeps getting better every time we go back! Love the area and this is fantastic place for our girlie catch up
Staff very acomodating , offered to move us to a nicer table in the orangery which was greatly received. Food consistently good as is the wine
Heard it was one of the top restaurants town so had to give it a try. Not impressed at how we were greeted or welcomed at the entrance and the service was very poor seeming like they had staffing issues. Coats not taken when closet was visible so hung it the back of our chairs; we were told our table was not ready although we were a few mins late. We were asked to wait at the bar which was clearly full (no seats available) so we went back to the entrance and waited for about 15mins. We waited and waited between meals to be served and waited and waited some more for the bill although it wasn’t very busy. The food was presented well and undoubtedly very tasty. Nice layout and decor however the service was very poor! I may return for pictures outside in spring but not to spend my money!
Very Beautiful, Service 5 Stars!
Food extremely tasty & very well priced!
Honestly couldn't fault!
We went for Lunch for my boyfriend’s birthday. When I made the booking, I made the restaurant aware of the special occasion, however there was no acknowledgement that we were celebrating. A bit disappointing but great food and service other than that.
Very busy in this visit had to wait for 1/2hr for our table. Food always good. Service s big slow due to the restaurant being so busy.
Good to come away from a restaurant thinking 'that was great value for money'. Lively venue on the Kings Road, simple menu, dishes well presented with great flavor. Excellent 'buzz' - great for stimulating conversation. Thoroughly enjoyable.
Really enjoyed our visit to The Ivy Chelsea Garden. Great atmosphere and good service.
Food was quite slow
Really lovely decor and overall experience, I love having brunch at the Ivy Chelsea Garden. I would definitely recommend this location to others.
I have been visiting Ivy's since it opened as I live half a mile away , the breakfast is always of a very good quality . Coffee is devine so as the poached eggs . I would have appreciated a bigger table as I booked a week in advance so if felt a bit tight , particularly our table was very small. The good food and good service however definitely compensated for the small table .
Always nice atmosphere. Food good and some service really good, some a bit slow.
Amazing setting, tables on the terrace are lit with candles.
Staff was amazing food was excellent. Can’t fault this place. A must try
Ivy Chelsea Garden's interior is nice and its staff is friendly. Unfortunatley, it serves average food and is definitely overpriced (We had a sweet potato-dish and Shepherd's Pie). Wouldn't recommend for dinner. It might be nice for some drinks or coffee/tea in the afternoon, though.
Ivy Chelsea has been the best addition to the neighbourhood in years. Beautiful inside, good menu and great buz.
Lighting in restaurant perfect, staff excellent especially our waiter, food always good.
Great service and food as expected
We went for our anniversary and were very impressed by the quality of the food and service.
Amazing anf helpful service
Beautiful food and superb wine which was recommended when asked
It was a nice lunc with good food and was not so busy so service was a lot better
Amazing atmosphere, service was on point and would recommend the ivy for its incredible sophistication.
The afternoon tea is the best i have ever had!
Great atmosphere and great service
Perfect place for eating and relaxing with friends
Lovely restaurant in the middle of Chelsea. Great for lunch or dinner, it has a fair price!
Great spot at Chelsea, a must visit. Warm welcome, stylish atmosphere, beautiful garden and fireplace.
Great service but a pity the dishes came cold. Ordered tuna, a not remarkable steak tartare and the typical fish and chips for a kid.
Overall great experience and a place to save for our next trip to London.
