Our waiter was awesome and funny!
The food was delicious!!
We had an A+ experience— food was good, ambiance was great, service was excellent. Try the aooooooli and SS (secret sauce) if you get the chance. We’ll be back for the Mountain Challenge (IYKYK)!
Consistently good food, fun and attentive servers, and a fun campy vibe.
Menu did not list whether burgers and sandwiches come with a side. I clearly was making a decision for a side based on the lack of clarity on the menu. The server did not advise that the entrees we ordered already came with a side.
Beer selection is obviously made by corporate - BORING!
Happy to pay for the ambiance and scenery, but expected better service from a Four Seasons. I've have better service and better pours from a dive bar.
View and location is beautiful. Service was below average for a Four Seasons. As expected from a Four Season's mountain resort the prices are very high. $18 and $20 cocktails and wine were served in very small plastic cups (while other patrons at tables next to us were drinking out of proper glassware). Our bill for was close to $500 with an added 20% gratuity (for bad service). We asked for a glass of soda water to add to our margaritas to cut the sweet/sour and were charged $6 for the the on tap soda water (very cheesy).
Happy to pay for the ambiance and scenery, but expected service to match the cost.
Mediocre extremely overpriced food. So disappointed.
Very limited menu. Nachos were cold. Would not eat there again
2nd time having to wait over 45 min past reservation to be seated.
terrible wine and overpriced on top of that. food was mediocre
Perfect place for Apres Ski. They have fun drink options and excellent food! Hit this right after skiing and then went into Jackson for nightlife.
Food was great as usual and they were following all Covid protocols. Felt safe and so nice to have a great dinner.
Lively and fun atmosphere. Food was pretty good. Salmon quite good. My husband loved the Ramen. My egg drop soup was unique. Our Burgundy wine was excellent.
I ate at Handle Bar a few years ago and really liked it, so when I returned to Jackson Hole I made a point of going again. Our food was quite good, and I really like the atmosphere. I know a restaurant in a Four Seasons is not going to be cheap, and for the most part I was ok with the prices. Perhaps $21 for a gin martini is a bit steep, but not too surprising. What really offended me though, and the reason for my 1 star review, is that we were charged $6 for a SINGLE CAN of diet coke. Even in a Four Seasons restaurant I expect the prices to have some reasonable relationship to the value of what they are serving - it seems like the Handle Bar has lost that relationship.
Great view. Great atmosphere. Everything on the menu, including food and drinks, was Horribly overpriced. Way overpriced for what was served.
Very pleasant experience. We went with our family and they were very accommodating.
One expects a decent experience at a Four Seasons - even in the casual restaurant. We got more than expected with this team. Very appropriate experience from a COVID time frame (i.e. protocols and distance), a great staff and solid kitchen. We will be back! Thanks to the team at The Handle Bar!
Fun “bar” with activities such as roll the dice shots. But the chef must be shared with the Westbank Grill, as the food was excellent. I had the Salmon, and it was the best I’d had.
Amazing food and fantastic service.
The service was terrible and not even crowded. We were extremely disappointed and the steak was very fatty.
Jacob was terrific server and great precautions on safety. Food very good, but value not great. For example, I’ve never seen a bottle of wine be more expensive than ordering four individual glasses of the same wine? Overall, would still go back
Got our order wrong 4 times. Not acceptable
We had a great dinner, and fantastic drinks. The Buffalo burger was amazing!
Overpriced for okay food.
I will be blunt. This is the first time ever I have been disappointed in a Four Seasons restaurant. I was excited to go but won’t go back. To be fair, overall it was fine but I expected better and it should have been better.
First, we were shown to our table and both the booth and floor were covered with crumbs like wild pack of three year olds had just been there and a napkin was still on the floor under the booth. The hostess was horrified and cleaned and vacuumed it but she shouldn’t have had to do that as it should have already been done.
Second, pet peeve but a standard wine pour is 6 ounces. They pour a 5 ounce pour. Yes, in a bar that has an entire whisky menu and a set of bar rules that encourage over drinking but apparently only for non wine drinkers. That should be disclosed on the menu rather than being an unpleasant surprise. I always feel like the restaurant is try to stretch a bottle of wine too far with such small serving sizes (unless required by law).
Third, ordered a salad and added salmon. The salmon was less than the size of a deck of cards. Seriously. I’m not a big eater and that wouldn’t have filled me up ever. Tasted fine but not an entree salad at lunch or dinner. I was told this was the standard size.
On the other hand, the other members of my party enjoyed their burgers and the sweet potato fries were great. The sweet potato fries serving size would have served at least 4 people, which I found ironic that the side was in such sharp contrast to my entree.
Overall, everyone was very nice and food was decent but not what I was hoping for, especially at a Four Seasons restaurant.
Food, service and ambience was fantastic. It is spendy but worth it for the fun people watching and great view of the ski mountain activity. Very lively and a high spirited atmosphere.
The food was excellent at The Handle Bar. Great cocktails too.
This may be the first review I have ever written although I done out often and have had very good and very bad and very good and service. I only write this now because of the exceptional experience that I had.
There was a small deviation in how long it took to deliver my meal. Although I had a noted this to my server/ barman he had not been able to communicate my concern because at the same moment the restaurant in the guise of the general manager self identified this as an issue and addressed this in a most generous way. The food, when it did arrive was perfectly presented, the protein was correctly cooked and the sides were hot as I would expect. I am not staying at the four seasons (next time I will be).
Was really looking forward to this meal but was very disappointed and expected more from a Michael Mina affiliated restaurant. The food was mediocre the service was very slow.
Super! Kids love it!
Great spot for families. Good energy, nice casual menu with something for everyone. Excellent for allergies. Beautiful presentation of the nachos!
First time ever...food and service was outstanding!
Great service. Great cocktails ( try The Jackson). Great food. Need I say more.
Came here 2 years again and it was amazing.
Last night, was awful. Food wasn’t great and we had the rudest waitress we have ever had (everyone in our group of 5 was dumbfounded).
Such a shame, we were looking forward to going back and it was the biggest waste of money ever
Weird, cavernous room with zero ambience and a very odd choice if theme and decor by Four Seasons. Needs to be gutted and redesigned. Food was pretty good, but JH has lots of good food elsewhere.
This is clearly a terrific apres ski bar, but for dinner? Not so much. On the plus side, the service couldn't have been better - terrific all the way around. But in general, the restaurant had all of the cost and none of the ambiance of a Four Seasons dining experience. Have a Jenny Lake Lager after skiing but try dinner upstairs.
Our food was adequate and no more than that. We had the beet salad and arugula salad to start, the beef burger and ramen as main courses. All were just okay. Loads of salt on the arugula salad (and I like salt). Skipped dessert. Two servers helped us out. Our main server was fine if a bit scripted; the other had a nearby table and pitched in a few times as when she saw our empty plates and cleared them, and she was outstandingly warm and cheerful. We had a booth for two in the main room and the noise level was great at a 6:30 seating; there's also a smaller second room that feels like Siberia, like an afterthought.
Had the best Bison burger! Service is awesome. Great drinks. A must in Teton Village.
Thank you for joining us, We hope you enjoyed your visit to Teton Village and look forward to welcoming you back in the future!
Brought two bottles of wine, paid $60 corkage fee. Seemed excessive.
