   They say us right away at a beautiful table. The food was timely and delicious. The server was friendly and helpful. Everything was perfect!

   Our experience here was disappointing. The salmon was just okay, but the chicken Caesar salad missed the mark—the chicken was cold and dry, the lettuce was oddly warm, and the croutons were completely burnt. On the positive side, they had a solid wine selection. However, the desserts, while reasonably priced, seemed to rely on canned fruit, making them just average. The appetizers, desserts, and wines were fairly priced, but the entrees felt significantly overpriced for the quality. The one redeeming factor? The nice view. With so many other great spots to choose from, we wouldn’t return.

   I love the ambiance of The Grill at Torrey Pines Lodge. It's beautiful, breezy, good food and good service. It was a busy Mother's Day and no one seemed stressed out, it was a really nice experience. I had the Falafel, it was a bit overcooked, but it had a great flavor. The cocktails were pretty good too.

   Went for Mother’s Day, it took almost 2 hours to get our food, the server visited our table twice in that time. The server was nice, but the service sucked. Anyway the food was awful , you would think for the prices, it would be better. They advertised this amazing experience for Mother’s Day..well they added flowers to the tables oooh stop it. Well wont ever go back. Suggest you save yourself from this place

   Very slow, we waited forever for our order. The inside seating was warm and stuffy. Would never go back.

   We celebrated Mother’s Day on Saturday afternoon, the waitress was not as attentive. We frequent the Grill often and were not happy with the service, the food was good but not excellent. The crispy chicken sandwich was dry and over cooked. The poke was good, the steak was excellent, and the onion rings are always a favorite. We enjoy the overall experience and ambiance with the live music and beautiful views. We always return, it is one of our favorite restaurants.
