We celebrated 3 birthdays at the Edge Steakhouse and had a wonderful experience. All the staff were professional, welcoming and knowledgeable about the menu and wine choices. The food was amazing ( wagyu beef, sea bass and chicken). We felt pampered and special. We look forward to dining at The Edge Steakhouse again

Service was absolutely atrocious! It took 45 min to get our food and the steaks were light gray on the outside and purple and cold inside. The "loaded jacket" potatoes were the quality of microwaved yukons with cheese on top and cheap bacon bits. We sent the food back and tried the "chickon wellington". Whatever you do, Don't order that! It's a chicken leg (also not cooked) and chopped up chicken rolled up and sauteed. DISCUSTING! We didn't even eat it. Hope they get it together!!! Great view, horrible service and nasty food!

We had an amazing meal. The service and food were amazing. So glad this restaurant is here. There are too few really high quality, high service restaurants in the desert. Ignore the naysayers, they are just pennypinchers.

Great food and service as always. They even ran to go get a package of Tylenol from the hotel gift shop when my date was having a headache. Couldn’t be happier with them. Yes, it’s expensive, but worth every penny for a special occasion.

We sent our niece and family for her fiftieth birthday and they were treated like royalty. I called ahead to explain there would be special needs people coming and the lovely manager pulled out all stops. Best birthday ever, she said!

Ask for Scott he’s amazing!!! Engaging, friendly, and knows the menu inside out! And wine! Nice restaurant manager. Everyone is great. Filet yummy!!! Cream corn. Haas a southern twist and it was fabulous!! Must go!!

From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted with cocktails and Hors d'oeuvre. We had requested a table with a view of the Coachella Valley and our request was granted. We had a table with a view and separated away from the adjacent tables, at times it felt like the staff was just catering to us. The food from start to finish was exquisite and so were the drinks which made it for a romantic weekend staycation.

Second time here, just as good as the first. The Edge always provides the best service possible and makes it such an amazing experience. Complimentary treats, attentiveness and obviously amazing food. Steaks are incredible and so is everything else. Never a bad experience.

Top-notch all the way around - food, wine, service, attention to detail, and ambiance. Definitely coming back again and likely a new anniversary tradition every year. The chef and staff even hand wrote a special card wishing us a Happy Anniversary.

The service was probably the best we have ever had and we eat out 5 days a week, for 30 years. We enjoyed the food immensely, but I have to say....don't have a budget dining at the Edge. The prices are insane.....and the menu is limited....but service, ambience and food almost makes up for it. Portions can be small....depending on what you are ordering, but again....delicious.

The service was very good and all employees at the venue were extremely courteous and friendly. Our table was nice, and we enjoyed a great view. The disappointment was in the food. I had a summer salad (basically watermelon) that had way too much vinegar. My husband had asparagus and charred onion salad, also a disappointment. It had charcoal in it. Not good at all, and big pieces too stringy to politely eat out of a deep round dish. My spouse's sea bass was excellent, however my pork shank was absolutely flavorless. It even need salt.

The service was very slow and the food for the most part was mediocre. We had to wait for 45 minutes for our food after we ordered and the restaurant wasn’t super busy. The sea bass tasted fishy and the lobster risotto and other sides were meh. The only good thing was the tenderloin, but at $150 per order you would expect well paced top notch service and better food to accompany it.

Stay away if you’d like a romantic dinner. Staff we experienced were poorly trained Imagine being interrupted while your making a toast to your love one? Or the servers bringing you a desert that they knew was incomplete and not saying anything
