   Another Birthday celebration with Barney and the excellent front of house Dysart team. The kitchen excelled as usual and our meal was delicious and perfectly balanced. We as a family have been coming to the Dysart fo many years and look forward to many more fine meals.

   High recommend. Food, service and venue were incredible. Special thanks to Barney and his team for making our lunch one to remember! Oxtail risotto was incredible! Fantastic curated wine list and delicious espresso martinis makes this a must.

   We had the tasting menu on a beautiful Spring day: the setting was wonderful, the food absolutely delicious and the team looked after us faultlessly. The range of flavours throughout the meal was exceptional and the accompanying wines perfectly chosen.

   Honestly everything about the meal was phenomenal! We had the full tasting menu with wine pairing. Each course was exquisite and the wine pairing only served to enhance each dish. I cannot recommend the Dysart enough

   The Dysart is always a delightful experience from the moment you set foot in the door you are made to feel like a very welcome guest. The food is delightful and yesterday the turbot was absolutely marvellous. Bonnie and the friend of house team are very welcoming but backed by an amazing kitchen, this is a great way to spend time in a relaxed setting that has a lovely space between the diners.
