Our electric atmosphere, state-of-the-art bowling alleys, delicious culinary creations, and ultra high-def TVs make us the best place in Cleveland to watch a game or just have a great time.
The ambiance was really great. Food was good as well, portions were a good size. I got the bbq sandwich and it was huge. Our waitress was great and patient. Overall, good experience.
**Slow Food Service*
Lunchtime work lunch took over an hour to get basic bar food (burgers, sammies) out to us. The place was not that busy either.
Food was good. Atmosphere was nice. Service was extremely slow. Not a place to go if you have a limited amount of time for lunch.
Our server was great but the wait for our food was dreadful!! Almost 1 1/2 hours to 2 hour wait. Missed the beginning of The Indians game because of our rediculous wait for our order!!!
Great restaurant.. we enjoyed it very much!
Great service and $2 off drafts during happy hour!
Always have had a good experience. Had a reservation, was seated immediately and food came very quickly.
It was a bowling alley and I did not expect that
Staff was very attentive linah
Was very good and service was great
Grabbed dinner with the family before a Cavs game, and the food was very good. Our server was great, and she got us fed and cashed out quickly so we could get to the game in time.
Good casual place especially before a Cavs game.
Large menu and reasonable prices
I had a terrible experience here, service was terrible, the lanes constantly broke then we didn't get our full hour because the lane was broken. The waitress took a half hour to bring us a pitcher of water and forgot cups. I will not return to this place.
Our server was very attentive and friendly. The food was delicious and served quickly.
It was very nice but very loud. The whole time my friends and I felt like we had to shout to hear each other, especially back by the bowling area. If you're there to bowl and have fun it's a great place to be but I would not recommend it for a date or a quiet evening.
This was the WORST food I have ever had. We waited almost 30 minutes to even get drinks, then 30-45 more to get food when there was no one else in the resturant. It was the absolute worst resturant I have ever been to. Will not be back again, and would never recommend it to anyone.
This is a great place at which to have a celebration with friends or family.
5 of us went before a show at the house of blues. we were seated right away, waited on right away and our food came out quickly despite the place being crowded. I recommend this place to everyone, the food is great and there are tons to chose from. No matter what you're doing in Cleveland, this is a perfect place to stop and get something to eat.
Our dining experience was pretty great. Our server, Jocelyn, was terrific. The food was pretty good too. Our big issue came from trying to make reservations. We got a lot of run around. We were told my 5 different people that we had bowling lane reservations and yet when we showed up, we were told we didn't have reservations. The service was horrible and no one was very helpful with this very essential part of our family holiday outing. It was a big disappointment.
This place can be a little crowded, chaotic, and loud on a Saturday night, so prepare for that, but it is tons of fun with the right people/person. Drinks are a little over-priced even for the downtown area on a Saturday night. Food is moderately priced and moderately tasty, but it does the job if you are hungry. Parking is a toss-up, we had to pay the special event parking price because there was a Cavs game. You really pay for the atmosphere here, but overall we enjoyed the night.
Food was better than expected. very good service. very loud
Had a reservation for 8:30 - the website allowed until 8:45. I drove half an hour to be rudely told the kitchen closes at nine, we were not to be served even though we had a reservation, and an hour of bowling was almost fifty bucks to boot. We left.
I reserved a table for my Birthday dinner at 5pm. Upon arriving I was pointed in my direction of my table instead of being escorted or seated. The waitress was not very good. She seemed preoccupied. Only those who ordered appetizers received their food. She canceled the whole tables food because 3 people asked for their orders to be canceled due to the long wait. We asked for a manager 5 times and waited about 40 minutes until the assistant manager finally came out after the Manager peeked our direction 20 minutes before. There were tables with about the same amount as us and who walked in 40 minutes after we did, who recived their food... not sure why my table of 10 didnt get food. Overall, my birthday dinner was a mess until we left and went to Punch Bowl Social #shamelessplug. In addition, Nothing was offered to us to accommodate the horrible service we recieved (gift cards, a free meal for the future, just a mere nervous assistant manager with an apology. Also, we never made it to our bowling reservations. I was highly disappointed.
Great place for family before Cavs game! Free Games. Very Enjoyable.
Food service took too long. Had to ask after an hour wait. We were delayed in getting to the Cavs game. We will not be back soon.
They could not find our open table reservation. The server was a bit disorganized. Overall it was a fun place to eat and bowl with decent food and beer selection.
Booked a reservation through Open Table. Hostess refused to seat us because my partner's medical service dog, vested with service dog label, does not have 'papers,' which is specifically not required or even legal under the ADA. He incorrectly stated that it was a healthcode violation to have a service dog without documentation. When offered a military ID, the manager said he was in the military so he 'gets it,' but no dogs. The manager was similarly misinformed and when told of the ADA policy he still refused. The restaurant needs to train their staff and managers on the ADA. I made a reservation here before a surprise trip to Cleveland for my child's birthday. It was very easy to find & a 2minute walking distance from the arena(which is where we were going after dinner.) Staff was very friendly, food was yummy! After dining we went over to the bowling side of the facility and bowled 3 games (shoe rental was free during happy hour), we also played arcade games after bowling. We had a ball here! The cost was very reasonable. There were some people on dates, some with families and some just at the bar to drink and watch sports. Something for everyone here!
While the service staff was prompt and polite, the food was absolutely abysmal. With so many good dining options in Cleveland, you will do better by seeking out another destination.
It was one of the World Series nights and the place was packed. Food was mediocre and the service was swamped. Mt friend ordered a cosmos and it was in a Dixie cup for $10. Way overpriced for the amount . The only good thing was that they have reservations.
The food was delicious. I had the Philly and added mushrooms and jalapenos to it. My wife had the veggie burger. We also shared a smores brownie to top off the dinner. The toasted mallows were delightful atop the brownie that had a banana bread consistency. The strawberry ice cream that came along with it was a nice addition.
It was a great location to celebrate a birthday and watch game 4 of the Indians vs Cubs World Series. The beer selection was on point and inexpensive. I had a couple of stouts, Holy Jesus and Friends Revelry, and a couple of pilsners, Founders Market Garden. My wife had her favorite, Bumbleberry, on draft.
We'll have to check out the bowling next time.
Upon arrival the hostess stated she couldn't find the reservation even though I had called 5 minutes prior to confirm we were running late. When we asked the waiter his opinion on different dishes he stated he had only eaten the burger and wasn't sure what went on in the kitchen. Our food took 45-60 minutes to come out and only came after we asked the waiter if he even put the order in. Now I understand why the dining area was empty.
We went after an Indians playoff game to watch the Buckeyes. They brought us the wrong food more than once and when it came time to pay the server tried to take over $60 cash that was for the bill as a tip. Very dishonest staff and terrible service.
Very fun, kids love the bowling!
We had a large group. Food was good, came out timely. Our waitress was great!
Good food at a decent price and the service was outstanding.
The staff (Dexter) went out of his way to make sure he had a lane available for us, once we had completed our meal. We had only made dinner reservations and had not reserved a lane. Great service
While the food was good, the service was some of the worst I have ever had. We were there nearly 2 hours just getting a late night snack. Will not waste time here again.
Our server was amazing! She did such a wonderful job and we rewarded her for that. The food was terrible and none of us finished our meals. My husband and I both had upset stomachs the next day. Maybe a good place to bowl and have drinks but pass on the food!
We had a wonderful time. Great service. A friendly atmosphere. Food came fast. Drinks could be a little stronger.
