Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. Date night before theater event so we sat in the bar area. There happened to be a table near us with one extremely loud guest so it was a little distracting. But nothing the restaurant could do about it. It was very distracting but the meal and service were spectacular.

The service here is absolutely exceptional. The entire menu is filled with delicious options. It is always a pleasant experience and lovely evening here.

We went to the capital Grille to celebrate our anniversary. Our waiter was Carlos, who was amazing. Very thoughtful and professional. The food we had was outstanding. They gave us a very nice treat and some champagne for free at the end in celebration of our anniversary. Overall, an excellent experience as usual.

Fantastic meal and superb service once again at the Capital Grille. Carlos, our waitperson, was excellent with recommendations and timed the meals for 7 perfectly. Always on our return soon list for Minneapolis restaurants.

The service was exceptional. Our waiter Diego was very efficient and we had wonderful service. The portions were ample and we had plenty of leftovers. The seabass special was delicious. It was our first time at The Capital Grill and we will return.

It was top notch service. We went for father's day and they had a special menu just for kids and a coloring book and crayons to keep the little one busy and entertained. Food was great! It was pricey but worth it for special celebrations!
